Love this spa in Sumner! Darya is a wonderful host and the event center was divine!
Carly was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly made me feel so comfortable. She blew my expectations out of the park. Not only was it relaxing but my skin is already in the best shape it’s been in a year. I will definitely be back for other services with her.
I booked a 2 hour massage for my birthday weeks ago. The night before I got a call that they’re canceling my appointment. They said they could rebook me for 6 weeks from now. Not impressed at all. If I would have canceled a few hours before like they did it would have cost me 50%.
If Solei canceling on you the night before and all they say is sorry we can get you in 6 weeks from now is acceptable to you then go ahead and try booking your appointment. Otherwise I suggest booking your service at a salon that appreciates their customers.
The atmosphere and people were wonderful here! I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Susan- she was able to work out all of the knots and tension in my shoulders and back without any pain!
Elizabeth Youngjohn was amazing!! She made my first facial so incredible. I’m so thankful to have someone so kind and considerate. She ensured I was so relaxed and in the mood to get my relaxing on. On top of that, she helped recommend some facial products for me which was a even bigger plus. I plan to be back because of Elizabeth Youngjohn ❤️❤️

Solei Day Spa is the wonderful. Ashlyn is the best massage therapist and always makes my day better! She has healing hands. Also their receptionist was friendly and helpful, even at end of day when I am sure they were anxious to close up.
Previously, I would leave 5 stars all around for Trent. But after a recent massage, I’m left disappointed. Please come back soon Trent!

My regular therapist is on medical leave so I opted for “any available therapist” and the therapist seemed distracted during most of the massage and draping was almost chaotic. I had to pull the sheet back up several times to feel covered and several times I felt the sheets were tucked leaving me very exposed. I had the feeling several times that my therapist actually fell asleep and it wasn’t until I was laying on my back and my neck was being worked on that I realized his breathing got very heavy. I glanced to my left after he stopped massaging and realized he had actually slumped over and had fallen asleep. Overall, I love this place and Trent but if this were my first experience, I’d never return. Easily the worst massage I’ve had.
Very clean, soooo aesthetically appealing. This place is the cutest and nicest spa I’ve been too. I was treated very well. My massage was nice, but as with a great hairstylist, sometimes you have to visit a few before you find that one who does exactly what you need to your liking. Would definitely go back!

I purchased a gift card for friends for Christmas but there was a mix up and I was not going to receive it in time for Christmas. The manager called me directly and worked with me to make sure I’d get what I needed in time. I really appreciate the extra effort and customer service provided by the staff. They were wonderful!
Lexa was friendly and relatable, also knowledgeable and professional. Facility is clean and relaxing. Prices are comparable to surrounding salons/spas. I like all of the different services offered as well.
