Jessica did a fabulous job with my facial and recommended a second step that I’m having her do in 2 weeks. And the salon is beautiful , and the bidet….what can I say🤷🏻♀️😊
My boyfriend Matt treated me to a spa day here as a part of a birthday present for me. The receptionist at the front was friendly, and I was greeted with a smile. Kiara was amazing and worked out some tough knots and tension I had when she gave me my massage. Elizabeth, the esthetician who gave me my facial was great, and Alex who did the hot stone treatment was really amazing. Definitely would recommend coming here and I definitely will come back because of the atmosphere and how professional they were.

Great experience! Never been to a spa, so I treated the wife to a couples massage. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly to our questions and concerns.

The spa is gorgeous and feels like you’re sitting in a high end spa in a tiny town! Every detail is well thought out and the owners obviously didn’t cut corners when opening the Sumner location. Chrissy is an incredible esthetician. She answers every question and is passionate about what she does. She makes every effort to accommodate her clients and puts 100% effort in every time. She’s knowledgeable about products and and services available to help you achieve your goals, but is NEVER pushy. I can’t imagine anybody being unhappy with the service she provides.
The staff is always warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. From start to finish I felt relaxed, and taken care of.

I love the whole experience of visiting Solei from the moment you walk thru the door, being set up with the dressing room, the moments relaxing on the sanctuary to the actual massage itself. Mari always gives the greatest massage and I always leave feeling so much better physically and mentally. Solei isn’t a just a spa in my opinion, but an experience. Absolutely love it there, both the Sumner and Lakeland locations.

I came in on Thursday and Ashlyn gave the best body treatment and massage. Tricia made my skin feel amazing after my facial and treatment as well. The robe and seating room was so relaxing and comfortable. Everyone is so nice and inviting. I can’t wait to book my next appointment 🤗. The only down was when I was going to pay and it wasn’t the girl that was at the front and greeted me. But whoever she was, she was made me feel like a rush to pay and as if I wasn’t going to tip. But other than that everyone else was AMAZING
we both loved our therapists and enjoyed our massage. Will be coming back next month for sure! Thank you for the hospitality, experience and excellent service! Even though we were running late ( story of my life 🙄😆) they still waited for us and made us feel comfortable while coming in.

Great customer service, love the vibe of location and the little things (clothing heater, heated bed, heated toilet) that it offers. Love it all! I haven’t had a massage in quite a while and my masseuse Trent, made me feel very comfortable and of course relaxed. I’ve already made my next appointment.
All of the staff were very friendly, lobby area was nicely laid out, and treatment was great! I’ve been to the Lakeland location, but this was my first time at Sumner location, and I’ll be back!
