Kelsey was so wonderful to work with. She was so sweet, asked me throughout if everything was okay or to let her know if it was uncomfortable. The store is super cute when you walk in and whole space is gorgeous. Loved the heated bed, neck pillow and clothes rack. Such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I love the original spa in Lakeland, but decided to visit Sumner to see my favorite masseuse Ashlyn. The Sumner spa has a ton of retail space, which I loved looking at. I love that Solei has outstanding staff and the prices are great compared to other spas. I highly suggest the CBD enhancement for anyone who needs some added relief from sore muscles!!
I had my first facial and lash lift + tint done by Chrissy and let me tell you…it was amazing!!! Chrissy was so sweet and personable, I will definitely be booking with her for all future needs.
Just got my waxing done before vacation. After service was finished, girl run out of the door didn’t even ask me if everything looks good. Probably because she missed 70% of area, she took an hour and still missed so many spots. Management didn’t do anything about that. Definitely not coming back EVER
Mikayla was truly wonderful in every way… The facial was so relaxing; I felt like a queen! The spa is so beautiful and everyone I came in contact with was so cheerful and helpful. I can’t wait to return for more me-time😳. I also loved the gift shop… Such positive and uplifting gift ideas, for someone else or even yourself.

Oh my gosh what a lovely experience! This salon put so much attention into detail. And Joelle did an amazing job. I had a facial and dermoplaning.
I would have liked to spend time in their lounge areas but that wasn’t offered. Some hot tea would have been nice while waiting also. But overall, you need to come here for your next salon treatment! You will love it.

Loved the inviting feel of Solei. I was very relaxed after my nail appointment with Julissa. Sat in a vibrating chair, received a sugar scrub on my arms and hands, got some sparkles on my nails, and then as I paid for my service, the two ladies behind the counter said, “see you again next time”, “have a good rest of your day”. Loved it!
I received a Brow Lamination service from Jen-Ranae and I am OBSESSED with how it turned out!!! Jen was friendly, made me feel comfortable and even gave me some skin care advice during our appointment.
The room was beautiful and the spa overall was so relaxing and a great environment. The front desk team is always so nice!
It had been 4 months since I last got my brows done and I left with the eyebrows of my dreams and SUPER relaxed!

I received a 90-minute relaxation massage with CBD add on from Michelle at Solei’s new Sumner location! I’ve always loved Lakeland and I’m so happy that they’ve opened this new location which is closer to my home. My massage was INCREDIBLE. I asked for medium pressure and Michelle worked every ache and pain right out of my body. She is truly gifted!
I also got a clinical facial with oxy trio add on with Chrissy! (Treat yo self!) Chrissy was attentive and caring and my skin looks and feels amazing. I was sooooooo relaxed during my facial that I may have fallen asleep a few times :).
