Not good at answering phones while open. Need to hire a receptionist. Massage therapists are great.
I absolutely adore this place! It is gorgeous, full of lovely people with great experience and the customer service is far beyond just satisfactory. I am here right now getting a cut and color by Angela, I highly recommend her for any services 😊. Looking around it is apparent that they use the most high quality products and amenities available, it truly feels like a 5 start experience. 10/10 recommend!

UPDATE: 8/20/19- 5 STARS!! I had a wonderful phone conversation with the owner who called me directly to understand my experience. She was very helpful and we had a great conversation. I have given the Sea Spa a second chance and was VERY impressed with the service and the esthetician that I worked with, Melissa. I highly recommend her for her friendliness, efficiency, and almost painless technique. Thank you to both Melanie and Melissa for their care and excellent service. I will most definitely be returning regularly. =)
7/20/2019: 2 Stars- Unfortunately I overpaid by a lot for a subpar waxing service and overall experience. I sincerely hope the young lady who waxed my legs improves her technique and attention to detail significantly. Hair removal by waxing should be done in one fluid motion, instead this young lady pulls three or four times to access a corner before she can get a good enough hold on the strip to actually pull it off. In the meantime, the pain and skin damage is more than I have experienced in my 10+ years of getting my legs waxed. Most of my hair was broken off and not actually removed causing ingrown hairs and very uncomfortable regrowth. She asked me multiple times if I wanted my bikini done while I was laying there. I expected her to drop the subject after I politely declined the first time. Please stop pushing more services on me when you clearly don’t have time to finish the service I requested considering my start time was 20 minutes after the slot I reserved. When checking out at the very crowded front desk she waited over the shoulder of the receptionist while the receptionist asked how much I would like to tip. I find this very uncouth and unprofessional. This entire experience made me very uncomfortable to say the very least, and furious that I paid for this horrible and painful experience.

My husband and I booked the couple’s massage a few days ago. My massage was mediocre but my husband said it was the best massage he ever had. The place is really beautiful and clean. The noise from the Topside was really disturbing, but we have eaten there many times and expected to hear noise next door.
I would have given a 5 star rating but we were disturbed by one thing. There was a security camera in the room where we were being massaged. There wasn’t a dressing room so we had to undress in the same room, in front of this camera. We did, however, sign a consent form when we checked in. The form said that we could possibly be recorded while at the salon. We figured we would be audibly recorded or visually in the foyer, but not in the massage room. My husband was concerned but I kind of brushed it off and told myself that the camera must’ve been broken because there was really no reason to have a camera in a massage room.
So we undressed and continued with the session. After talking about it and doing some research we are now a little freaked out. I guess some states allow cameras in massage rooms but we couldn’t find anything for the state of WA.
Either way, if the camera is not operational I would suggest removing it for the customer’s peace of mind. If it is operational and authorized the be in same room where customers are getting undressed I will never give this place my business again. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know. We could not think of any reason why a video camera would be installed in a massage room where people are expected to undress and potentially be nude.
