I had my legs waxed for the first time there this evening and was left with a lot of wax all over the backs of my legs, inner thighs and on my calves/ankles. i would understand a little wax but there was so much that wax is stuck all over my dress that im not sure will come off and i had to remove all the wax from myself when i got home (im 7 months pregnant and the reason i wanted my legs waxed is i cant reach those areas) so trying to get the wax off was not a fun chore. I will be calling the office in the morning to launch a complaint as well.
My dermatologist from Wenatchee recommended Werschler Aesthetics so I gave it a try. I can’t even put in words how wonderful EVERYONE is there . Pam and her staff are very professional while always kind and patient! I leave there feeling special 🙂 .. Pam

Dr. Werschler, Pam, and the staff are a cut above. Competent, educated, and exceptional skill. I feel fortunate that I have discovered such a fantastic spa. At my age I need “a little help” to combat aging and this is my “go to” place. I completely TRUST (very important) Dr. Werschler and Pam to give me the information on the latest anti-aging procedures and I am THRILLED with my results! I am on the “sunny side” of seventy years old, and with their help, I look more youthful, and I feel much more self confident. They have helped me find “the fountain of youth!” Aging?….worried?…not so much anymore. I am blessed that I found them.
