Absolutely best.
I live in Seattle and usually see a professional in California. Long overdue for a “tune-up” and in Spokane for the holidays, Werschler Aesthetics was highly recommended by friends. Wow, from the moment I walked in, I understood why people spoke so highly of WA. Pamela is a perfectionist and not only wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with her work, but that her work was flawless. Needless to say, they have a new client! Thank you Werschler Aesthetics!
I paid ahead of time thinking that I would be able to work soon. But COVID is still going and I am stuck at home. So I called and left two messages, I emailed, and I left a message with a person asking if I could get a refund for services I won’t need. My appointment was supposed to be a few days ago and, knowing I was disputing the charges, they never called to confirm YET they won’t refund my nearly $850! It has been over three months of them blowing me off and, in spite of Care Credit even contacting them countless times, this place refuses to respond to my requests. They are refusing to return emails and phone calls and my credit card’s letters. This is the shadiest place I have ever had the misfortune of getting involved with. Go to Valley Dermatology. They do a better job and they aren’t run by a group of passive aggressive women.
The staff is absolutely amazing! The front desk was so kind and helpful, as well as all the staff! They make you feel very comfortable and do an amazing job!
I had my first micro-needling session there recently and have to say this place is AWESOME. I had Angie who was very sweet and professional. No hidden fees or charges they tell you in the beginning what it costs and they stick to their word. Most importantly, my skin looks great! I absolutely can’t wait for my next session with Werschler Aesthetics.
Most beautiful facility in Spokane! Everyone I have seen at Werschler are amazing and exceed all my expectations. Friendly providers and staff. Will continue to go here because they are simply the best of the best.
Dr. Werschler is amazing and a doctor who backs his work! His credentials are vast, with decades of experience! Friendly and funny too! 😁 But what is an office without warm and helpful staff? Zsa Zsa and Rachel, Thanks, you are the best!!

There were problems with getting ahold of the office in the past but it seems they have rectified that concern.
The best med spa ever! Pam is so knowledgeable and the most skilled in the field. The spa itself is very luxe and clean. Love Nevus the therapy dog too!
