I scheduled an appointment but unfortunately had to cancel due to work obligations. However, the staff were very attentive and kind about the abrupt cancellation. Will definitely use them in the future when I have availability.

I love cristi. I have gone to her to get my brows micro-bladed and they are still beautiful a year out. I have received IPL laser treatments and Genesis laser treatments combined with hydra facials which has softened the texture of my skin, removed redness, vascularities, age spots and has significantly improved my complexion. I have also received brow tint and lift as well as eye lash tint and lift. I do not like fake eye lashes and i was shocked how much the eye lash lift helped make my eyelashes look bigger and fuller. Cristi is a wonderful person and she always makes me feel comfortable and i look forward to visiting her. I highly rate the brow room. I will continue coming back for a long time.

What a fantastic place and christi is a fabulous Master Esthetician. As a skin care specialist I wanted to find someone who would do a great job on my face. I recently received a micro blading treatment on my eyebrows and christi did a awesome job. I’ve also scheduled a appointment for microneedling and can’t wait to get it done. She also does laser, cool sculpting and many other facial and body treatments. And the best thing is she has after pay so you can make payments and no interest. The place is absolutely beautiful inside and so calming and relaxing. Very impressed and happy I found her.
Cristie and Halle at The Brow Room are fantastic! I had permanent eyebrows and eyeliner done here, along with some facial treatments, and they explained everything very well and I am very happy with my results. I will be returning again for sure!
I love the Brow Room and Laser Lounge. I have received numerous IPL and Laser Genesis with Hydrafacials. The lasers have improved my acne scaring and post inflammatory erythema tremendously. The Hydrafacials leave your skin looking fresh and dewy.

I had my eyebrows microbladed here and they are amazing. I have never had good eyebrows, and now they are full and natural looking. People can’t believe that they are microbladed unless they look closely after I tell them I had it done. Absolutely worth it. Cristie took so much time making sure that the shape and angles looked good, and they turned out amazing. Even when I had them retouched after a few years, Cristie was still super attentive to making sure that they were still in line and proportional.

The Brow Room is a great experience! Cleanliness is very important to me and both their studio and tools/ supplies are kept very clean. Also, great after care instructions. Would recommend!
