If you are looking for an aesthetics spa that doles out equal parts comfort and expertise look no further! The Browroom is a welcome respite – a hidden gem – located on the South Hill. It is worth noting how down to earth, disarming and supportive the staff at the Browroom are. “Helpful” would be an understatement and doesn’t come close to describing how honest and good natured the team is. I always feel heard and understood with respect to my goals, and the team has the training and firsthand knowledge to tailor my services so that they deliver every time. I look forward to each visit to the Browroom and highly suggest you do the same!

I got my eyebrows lamented, waxed, and tinted. I have never felt so confident! I absolutely love my eyebrows. The shape is on point and the color is perfect. I’m 100% pleased with everything. I highly recommended these ladies, they know what they are doing. Not only that the who place was clean and professional.

Christy has the best bedside manner. She is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have seen her twice in 3 years and will continue services with her going forward. The shop is clean and calm. Relaxation at its finest.

Lovely professional space with excellent caregivers. I have had lashes and brows done there as well as facials and I adore my results. They take their time and couldn’t be nicer. I have had great experiences every time I’ve been there!

I had microblading done on my brows. I have been wanting it done for years, and Hallie did an amazing job! She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and they look amazing.
Wow! What an amazing med spa! I just completed my first em sculpt treatment for my abs and what a great experience! The ladies at the brow room are so knowledgeable and so patient. Some treatments can be very scary and intimidating. If you are looking for some changes or just need some “me” time go to the Brow Room!
Not only is this place beautiful but they make you feel so comfortable and relaxed!! I loved everything I’ve had done so far and can’t wait to have more treatments done. I highly recommend coming in here you won’t regret it 🙂

I have become a regular customer of The Brow Room since my Microblading and my my first HydraFacial. Cristie is professional, friendly, and precise with her expertise. Her new space is lovely. Each facial is a relaxing experience with beautiful results. After just one visit, I could see a difference in my skin. With regular appointments, I have noticed a definite brightness and tightening. I also love my new brows. Cristie is an artist!
