My wife had been a customer going on two years, after her 3rd time in two years of being charged $87.50 for having to cancel an appointment due to being called into work, ai was finally able to convince her to find a better company that actually appreciates their customers. Well since then they have jus kept her bi weekly appointments and continue to charge us every though she’s cancelled all future appointments indefinitely. Having to go through the payment dispute process with my bank now. Avoid this place, overpriced and not any better at what they do than any of the other dozens of options in Spokane

I had an appointment with Chloe the other day and I’m absolutely in love! She was the absolute sweetest and worked with me to figure out what I wanted. They also offer you complimentary mimosas which was pretty cool too! My hair came out fabulous as well, so I will be back. Mine is a correction in process but it looks so good already. 😍 Awesome enviorment and staff too! Excited for my next appointment!
I love this salon! I’ve been getting my lashes done here for years with Megan and she does an amazing job! I’ve also started getting my hair done here, all the girls are so sweet!
Kaylee W. did an amazing job in my hair color and cut, I am so thankful I found her and I have had my hair done a handful of times by her now and have not been disappointed. She is always in good spirits and is so easy to work with and to talk to. Highly recommend her for your hair needs!
