Tried to book bridal hair service for several weeks with this salon. Was told my date was available, and upon following up multiple times by email (the salons advertised way to book bridal hair) I received no response for two+ weeks, called and no one answers the phone, so stopped by in person stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. When I was helped, I was told someone will be available on my date, regardless. The next day I received an email saying the date is no longer available. Highly disappointed with the customer service and communication at this salon.
I went to Grace, she owns Endless Escape Beauty. My first appointment was great. I was very happy with how she did my hair and was very nice. I came in for a touch up and to make the color more vibrant. I showed her pictures of what I was wanting but the result was very different. I expressed my disappointment and we had a plan to get it to what I was wanting and she was going to give me a discount for the inconvenience but before my third appointment she messaged me dropping me and canceling the appointment. I was upset and told her I didn’t think that was right, that if she wasn’t going to fix it I wanted some of my money back. She refused to do anything and completelt changed her attitude towards me. I feel like this was very unprofessional and unfair. I just don’t want anyone to have to go through this again.

I booked a Brazilian (my first ever) and a hair cut (last cut was 2 years ago and was in desperate need of attention). Both ladies were fantastic!
My Brazilian wax was nerve wracking and I was worried about the pain level and all the things that go with it. Megan was so sweet and reassuring. Honestly it wasn’t even bad at all! It was quick and she answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions. I’d recommend to anyone, especially first timers like myself who aren’t sure. She was super gentle but also didn’t waste my time by making it last longer.
I then got my hair cut with Diamond afterwards. It had been 2 long years of growth and un-attentiveness to deal with. She was great! She let me know ahead of time on what to expect with my type of hair, asked my opinion on what I thought of the length/style, etc. which I really appreciated. I had so many questions on what kind of products I should use, how to do this and that and she was totally cool with answering my many questions. My hair feels so healthy and I love that she gave me exactly what I wanted. I’ll also be going back to her as well in the future!
10/10 would recommend both of these ladies!
I decided to try sweet peach for the first time after my lash tech was booked out for over a month, first time i went my lashes turned out beautiful! ( I think because I still had lashes in from my original tech) 2nd time I went in for a 2 week fill and after 3 days my lashes started falling out left and right! I’ve been getting my lashes done for over a year so I definitely know how to take care of them. So today I decided to give it 1 last shot and try to have them done by one of the lady’s that are highly spoken of and had the best reviews stated on the website (mind you I’m going back in 1 week later after having my 2 week fill done due to the fall out. THEY were even worse!! Clumped, Crooked and uncomfortable! Not even fluffy and full how they should look for mega volume lashes. 😕 I was so disappointed I sat in my car and cried😔 in a span of 3 weeks i have spent over 230$ at sweet peach to try and get my pretty lashes to look good again, I regret going here! I hope my old lash tech can somewhat fix them without charging me to much. There’s not enough time Givin to do everything that needs to be done for lash fills and I did notice they don’t really go through and take off the growth. ( i should have know better i felt something was off, my old lash tech takes 60 minutes for 2 week fills, here its only 30🤨) It may not be the lash techs fault due to the time that’s Givin but I will not be going back and giving a 4th chance.
I went in for an eyelash lift and tint with Marisa and absolutely love the results. Definitely coming back!
I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I only knew I wanted lashes again. Meghan made the decision to go as light as possible. I think she did a great job. I won’t be going back. Not because of the service!!!! I’ll just go back to my no eyelashes having self. 🤣
This place is so cute! People are so friendly and ready to help. Diamond cut my hair and did wonders. She was able to fix my disastrous haircut from a previous stylist out of town. She made me feel like me. They offer lots of services and are organized. Definitely found my place!
I made an appointment to get a wax. I woke up sick and called them to cancel. Afterwards I realize I’m not really sick it was digestive issues so let me call back and reschedule. So I called them and asked them if I could reschedule it they said that was fine but my card had already been charged and they would charge it again. I’ll never go there.
I drive 2 States to return to Sweet Peach for my eyelash fills. I’ve had Chemical Peels here also and am always happy with the Services.
Everyone here is so knowledgeable l and fantastic at what they do. I’ve been coming here since opening and have never been disappointed. The salon and estatition rooms are gorgeous and welcoming. Every employee there has always been welcoming and friendly. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!

Kaylee does absolutely the best job with coloring hair, especially if you want blonde. She keeps it healthy while making it looks great. Also hands down the best place I’ve ever been to for lash extensions, they are quick and have quality lashes.

I just started seeing Madisyn Loomis for lash extensions and I’m in love with them! I was on the fence for a long time and she took the time to explain everything to me before my first session and continues to do a fantastic job on fills!
