I became a client of Dr. Stiller’s ten years ago when he was practicing in Moscow, Idaho. I have had four different procedures performed over the years. The last one was 10 months ago in his Spokane office, and it was for an expensive facetite procedure. I want to share that women over the age of fifty should know that it was very painful, long recovery time and it really affects your hormone levels, immune system, and all over health. Dr. Stiller is a much different man from when I first meant him. His visit time with you is much shorter and half the time it was with his staff. He seems much more detached, very cool in his demeanor and less compassionate.
Dr. Stiller said my facetite procedure would last up to five years. At my 10-month checkup he let me know that I now would be needing half a face lift to make me look better. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the results of my Facetite procedure. I put in 1 year of demanding work and good energy into making my beauty procedure a success.
My goal in writing this review is to support women over fifty and let them know from my experience that you might want to rethink getting a facetite procedure. I canceled my one-year checkup. Our journey together is now complete.

I’ve heard good things, but I sent an email over a month ago and they’ve ignored it. Very disappointed, I was excited to finally find a good clinic that takes my insurance for trans care. :/
I had skin removal surgery and a tummy tuck done, 2 years ago in June 2022. I can not say enough about the compassion, care, skill and attentiveness; I received from Dr. Stiller and his staff. I had some unforeseen complications a month after surgery. This was not due to anything Dr. Stiller did, and not once, but twice, someone came to the office on a Saturday to examine me and make sure I was okay. I am forever grateful to Dr. Stiller, and because of he repairs he made to my abdominal wall, I have not had another hernia. Prior to his surgery I had a dozen. I could go on and on. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office. Highly recommended, you’ll be in great hands.
This place has changed my life already and I haven’t even had my surgery yet! The staff is incredible. I need a Panniculectomy after weight loss and my insurance denied me the first time, but after Alison worked her magic, they had finally approved me! Only problem… my insurance expires due to me turning 26 in October. I was about to lose hope in getting my new body, but due to some cancellations, I have my surgery scheduled right before my insurance is through!! They guaranteed they would be able to help me and they 100% followed through. I am so thrilled and cannot explain how amazing this team is. They go above and beyond for their patients and will advocate for them to be happy in their own skin. I definitely recommend this place and Dr. Stiller for being so humane and wonderful!!
What Dr Stiller and his whole staff did for me was life changing. They did skin removal and breast reduction surgery due to extreme weight loss. They helped me get approval through my insurance company and treated me with kindness and respect before during and after surgery. I love this place! The staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs, I have had Laser Hair Removal treatments elsewhere in the past and they weren’t nearly as effective. Sam also gave me an awesome product sample to help with skin repair after my treatment without trying to sell me on it. I have had Botox and Filler too. Riley has a great aesthetic eye and I always get the results I want. My mom had a Face and Neck Lift here, and it looks so good! A special thanks to Kelly, April, and Maria; they took exceptional care of my mom and made her feel at ease with the whole process. I recently found out my cousin has been going to Stiller’s for years. She has had multiple procedures done and looks AMAZING! Thank you all at Stiller Aesthetics! It is nice to not feel like a number, but actually cared for!
Best facial ever! My face was very dry and in need of some love at the time. The hydro facial brought back some moisture and all around glow to my face for weeks after. The staff were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions in a way I understood. Highly recommend!!!
I went to Stiller Aesthetics to get some Botox. Riley, The PA who did my injections was knowledgeable and friendly. From check-in to check out it was a great experience. Five stars all the way I will be back.

Professional, warm, kind and efficient.
Kelly the surgery consultant , took great care of my concerns and questions.
Sam the astethesian, helped me get rid of painful acne on my face, in one consultation and with two products.
Front desk, every visit, I walked through the door and was warmly greeted by my first name, a special thank you to Heidi.
Mary the anesthesiologist, is knowledgeable and made me feel safe.
OR Team, made me feel like I was in a magic show. I was naked with gown on the surgery table, I closed my eyes and woke up in a recovery room fully clothed and no pain at all.
Dr. Stiller was a bit unexpected, an Artist and we had a couple of laughs.
I was expecting to be in a world of pain.
It has been a world of uncomfortable, a headache that lasted two days, some ice on my face and abdomen, I stopped my medications after 4 days, and still no pain, that could be just my tolerance to pain, but I think they have it down to a science.
I voiced my questions, concerns and wishes. I was completely realistic and surrendered, in that every body is different and the work might not be to my full expectations. So far I am so very happy with the work.
The Bad,
A small skin tag as a result of the surgery, I am following Dr.Stillers recommendation to help get rid of it, and it’s looking better. It has been 12 days post op.

Absolutely the best team ever. From Dr. Stiller to the ladies running the front office. Everything was seamless. This surgical team were professional and so pleasant and kind. I had my breast augmentation and facial feminization surgery done at the same time. This saved cost and hotel time as I commuted from Tacoma area. The results just keep getting better and better. As someone highly involved in the social media surgery community & having had past procedures, I take choosing a surgeon very seriously. A tummy tuck was something I contemplated for years. After 4 pregnancies, my stomach was a wreck. I desperately needed muscle repair, I had excess skin, stretch marks & previous medical abdominal surgeries as a teen left me with scarring. No matter how much I dieted, exercised, tried different wraps, waist trainers, serums, you name it, I was getting nowhere. I was specific in my end goals, shape, belly button, how I wanted my incision to look & finding a doctor to deliver all of the above to my wishes was proving nearly impossible. After researching surgeons in Washington & surrounding states, to say I was discouraged was an understatement. The work I was seeing was so mediocre if not below acceptable, I had my mind made up, I would be traveling to Florida & even paid two separate deposits with doctors there. But then, I found Dr.Stiller on IG. I couldn’t help but take notice of his work & decided I would research further. I couldn’t find any negative or botched patients, so I figured I would do the free consult. My family wanted me to stay local because plastic tourism is known to be risky & I had done it before. I walked into that consult with my mind already made up, “I’ll see why this isn’t for me & further prove to myself & family that travel was best”.. I walked out of that consult so conflicted. I was very vocal about my choice to travel for surgery again & this consult completely changed my mind. Meeting Dr.Stiller, Rhyllie, Kelly & the rest of the team, I just had a sense of ‘this is the best decision’. When you meet them, you’re automatically drawn to their amazing bed side manner (something I hadn’t experienced with countless other practices), the confidence they have in their work & knowledge without feeling like you’re being talked down to or giving off arrogance. It just felt right. I called my family upon leaving & said, “I’m letting my deposits in Florida go. I found my doctor here”. Let me tell you, those deposits aren’t cheap but I felt that strongly about choosing Stiller Aesthetics.
My experience was so stress free, seamless & the way it SHOULD be! I have shared my results with many & they can’t believe the results Dr Stiller & his team delivered. Altering your body, spending the money, the recovery, the risk, should not be taken lightly. I can honestly say Stiller can change your life. Schedule a consult at the very least & see the difference. I am 4 months post op & couldn’t be more thrilled with my results. I will return to Dr Stiller for any future procedures (I’m actually in the process of scheduling a procedure to have Dr Stiller correct a previous surgeons work). I could go on & on but the results speak for themselves.
I am genuinely thankful for this practice & everyone in it. You made my dreams of wearing a bikini for the first time in my life a reality & gave me a whole new level of confidence, a million ‘thank yous’ would never be enough!

12/17/2021 will be one year post-op and I am beyond happy with the results. The staff cares about anyone looking to get surgery or have general operations done by Dr. Stiller.
As someone with anxiety the staff and especially Dr. Stiller calmed my nerves tremendously and made everything super easy regarding appointments and after surgery care. My scars are almost totally faded just under a year post-op and my results have made me feel more comfortable in my own body.
