I can’t emphasize how AMAZING my lips came out!! I’ve gotten filler in my lips for years and this has by FAR and LARGE been my favorite work. I’ll be visiting Spokane again just to come here.
I called to schedule a first time east basic injection appointment (they do these in 20 mins). I was told that 100 dollars was required upfront in case of cancellation. I understand putting a card down for a cancellation fee, but paying ahead of time for services I haven’t received yet? What if they cancel, what if they receptionist and staff are unprofessional and I want to fairly exit and can’t because they hold my funds, what if I’m unhappy with the service, what if they are unclean, what if they attempt to place an intern or apprentice with me ? These are examples of many reasons that we pay at the time of service, it incentivizes good customer service and any attempt to remove that benefit for the customer makes me question the integrity of the business. This system has existed for centuries for a reason, this business is trying to bypass the need for good service by locking customers into payments ahead of time. We don’t prepay ahead for barbers, for doctors appointments, for dentists, or for contractors because you pay at time of service in a trade of funds for adequate service. They ask for our money with no contract, without ever seeing us, on their word they will treat us and our monies fairly. Why do it? If it is to prevent the frequent cancellations they can’t trust their customers to abstain from, similar to the stores that don’t trust customers to use their bathrooms, I ask what kind of a business is this and what type of people frequent it? Just a tip, no new customer wants to call and be told that they cannot be trusted to attend an appointment they gave their word to attend, and therefore must pay ahead of time with no assurances. It make a customer feel very expendable.
Dr. Sand and his team made my rhinoplasty journey stress free. Every question i had was answered with kindness and professionalism. I am so obsessed with my results. I have a confidence i never had before and i am very glad i decided to go through with the surgery. So happy and blessed. Thank you so much!

Dr. Sand is an extremity knowledgeable and talented surgeon!
He also is a very caring person who spends time to explain procedures and answer any questions.
I know this first hand because Dr. Sand reconstructed my broken nose.
I have complete trust in him and his craft.

His staff is also very kind and nurturing. They genuinely care for every guest in their clinic like you are family.
And Kaitlyn is exceptional at Botox and laser treatments!

The staff is super friendly and office is very nice and clean! Brittany and her assistant were very knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood everything that the procedure entails. I felt super comfortable and will be going back for another session in 3 months 😃 definitely recommend!
From the ladies that sit at the front desk, to the nurses that took care of me in pre op and in recovery, everything was perfect. It was my first surgery (nose fracture) and they made me feel comfortable. All very sweet and professional. I will definitely recommend Dr. Sand to my friends and family. 💛
