Dr. Pannucci and his team are nothing short of incredible. I am so glad I put my trust in him for my DIEP reconstruction after my mastectomy. I’m only 5 weeks post surgery and even with scars and healing, I feel BEAUTIFUL.
I recommend Dr. Wheeler to whoever needs a great surgeon. The whole clinic, from front to back was so amazing with my care. I hardly experienced any pain, except for the first couple of days and no complications! A perfect 10 job is what he did. I am a very happy woman..:) Don’t just get any surgeon, get Dr. Wheeler, he is amazing!
After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I did not know how physically & emotionally broken I would become in the days ahead. The whole process from my consultation to my actual tummy tuck surgery was absolutely amazing and I am so thankful for the care everyone provided. I am still fresh post op, but know when I am all healed, I will be so grateful for this process. I’m referring everyone to Dr. Wheeler for the phenomenal work he did.
This is the second poor experience I have had with this office before getting into an actual consultation. The first, some time ago the gal setting up intake would not even discuss other non-surgical options for me because I vaped at the time, she was rude and not professional in her approach though I had inquired about other options.
The second today was another call getting a consult set up. I have since quit any nicotine so I am ready to move forward and have heard good things about their office. However, I can’t seem to get past the intake person and her attitude. She noted that they would do a full aging
consult which is fine then said after being asked that it ranges from 20-30k for neck lift. Which is not the average price in the PNW. I shared I thought this was a bit high and I have heard they typically want the Lower face lifted as well. I would hold on the consult as this is not what I was looking for that I wanted a neck lift only.. she HUNG up on me. I am flabbergasted by this person’s professionalism and I hope that Dr. Wheeler is able to see these reviews and have the chance to address these issues that appear to be normal for this office. Your business is people and treating people with respect is important regardless if they choose your office for their procedure.
Dr Williams is the best of the best. It’s no wonder why she’s so highly sought after! As a 34 year old, a preventive double mastectomy and DIEP reconstruction sounded really scary and I was extremely nervous but Dr. Williams (and her amazing PA Shana) were so knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate that I knew I was in good hands. When I was in the hospital, Dr Williams checked on me every single morning and when I had a slight hiccup in my healing, she was totally on top of it even though it was late at night. She always had my best interest in mind and it’s extremely evident that she cares very much about her patients, not only as patients but also as people. Thank you Dr Williams!
Dr Fletcher gave me exactly what I asked for with my breast augmentation was so knowledgeable and informative I appreciate his advice and his work! The staff was do kind and warming even Jill in finance was uplifting such an amazing experience and office thank you all!!

To start the office and staff were amazing and The office was so clean and professional! I had a particular picture of what I wanted for my breast augmentation journey . After visiting with multiple plastic surgery offices in the area. I made my consult at plastic surgery Northwest with Dr. Wheeler. I knew within the first consult that this was the doctor I wanted to do my breast augmentation. Dr. Wheeler is extremely knowledgeable and a artist with his work. Dr. Wheeler took the time to really listen about my thoughts and concerns and helped me through it all! He never made me feel rushed or like any question was a stupid question which I appreciated. With any surgery I felt a little nervous just regular surgery nerves but their staff and Dr. Wheeler made me feel so at ease the day of the surgery. I decided to go with 345cc anatomic textured implants. I am now five months postop and everything looks and feels great. I listen to everything the doctor told me to do and followed his guidelines. Beyond happy with my experience and my results thank you so much!!!
I called to set up a consultation and the receptionist asked for some pictures to speed up the process since Im not really sure what I want to have done, I sent 4 nude pictures of my self hoping for a response and after 2 weeks I did not hear anything from them so I sent an e-mail asking if they had gotten my pictures and she said they had but the DR hadn’t gotten back to her with an answer yet. She emailed me a week later stating she would schedule me for a consultation and that it would be $100. Reluctantly, I scheduled the appointment but after a week, this was really bothering me and I called to cancel the appt.I found 2 other places in Spokane that don’t charge for a consult and set the appointment as soon as I called. If it doesn’t feel right, its not.

I had eye lid surgery performed by Dr. Fletcher and could not be more happy with the results. During my first consult I felt fully confident that Dr. Fletcher was the right choice in doctors. He studied my eyelids, made his recommendations while the CMA (hoping I have her title correct), documented his findings. During the conversation afterwards I got the feeling he was studying my eyes and deciding the best way forward with my eye shape and other facial features. The results were outstanding. My friends comment how bright I look since surgery and how my eyes just pop and are so much more visible. I look in the mirror every day and still cant get over how great my eyes look. The eyelid surgery took a few years off my face. Dr. Fletcher took enough off my eyelids without changing the natural shape of my eyes. He did a perfect job! My eyelids were heavy and made me look tired and older than I am. I can feel the difference the surgery made in that I have a better field of vision and feel more awake. Dr Fletcher is very affable, kind and professional. The entire staff was accommodating and professional. I am extremely pleased with my eyelid surgery and feel it was one of the best choices I made, along with the choice of picking Plastic Surgery Northwest of Spokane, WA and Dr. Fletcher.
