The entire team at Plastic Surgery Northwest are professional, knowledgeable, & and attentive to the important details of scheduling, billing, & insurance. Everyone I interacted with from the moment I walked through the door at PSNW was gracious & helpful.
I had a skin graft procedure done by Dr Pannucci. My procedure met all the benchmarks & was successful. Dr Pannucci made it clear what I could expect from him throughout each step in the skin graft procedure. I very much appreciated his expert technical skills & can’t thank him enough for the fantastic results!
Dr. Fletcher and his surgical staff/office staff were absolutely amazing. Very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. I had a skin graft to repair melanoma skin surgery on my ear. My recovery has been beyond expectations! I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher & Plastic Surgery Northwest.
Dr Sousa and her team are fabulous! The process of preparing and all phases of my recovery were well explained and the journey extremely compassionate and professional. So first off, the facility is beautiful and clean. All of the nurses and other staff were wonderful and very professional from start to finish.
Dr. Williams was my plastic surgeon and I can’t say enough good things about her! She has a very calm, reassuring presence and was great at listening to what I wanted, answering all of my questions, and addressing any concerns.
I really appreciated her detailed eye and guidance while helping me to make important decisions on what would work best for achieving my desired final result. And I am SO happy with the final result! She did a fantastic job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great plastic surgeon!

My complicated and long surgery was a WONDERFUL success! Surprisingly it even alleviated the back pain I’d dealt with for 15 years! Recovery went well also and each follow-up insured continued success.

Dr. Wheeler is the BEST surgeon all around. He is the only one I trust! He is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled professional in the area! He has fantastic bedside manner and a great sense of humor. The staff is wonderful! It’s easy to schedule with them and you feel like a superstar when your there. The office is very clean and I love how you don’t have to go to a hospital to get work done. I LOVE the outcome of my breast augmentation. It was a difficult case and he took it on with extensive experience and skill behind him. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but him. The outcome was so much better than I expected and more! I highly recommend going to Dr Wheeler for all your plastic surgery needs!
Wonderful experience! From the front desk to the professional staff to the doctors, everyone was top notch. Dr. Pannucci was extremely enthusiastic while still being realistic in regards to my possible results.
Dr. Sousa was incredible. She is an incredible surgeon. She made sure I was well aware of what to expect leading up to my surgery, I am so happy with the results of my breast reduction. She truly gave me the opportunity to feel comfortable in my own skin, lead a healthier life and improve my back issues and posture. She listened to my concerns and I wouldn’t change a thing following surgery. The surgery team was very sweet and caring.
The nurses were great and treated my wife with great care. The surgery (reconstruction) went well and so far the healing process is moving along nicely. Thanks for taking excellent care of her.
About 6 weeks ago, I reached out to Dr. Wheeler about scheduling a Tummy Tuck. He got back to me promptly and was very helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to get me scheduled for surgery. Dr. Wheeler and his assistant Jill are very personable and caring people. I have since switched all my skin care, anti aging and surgical needs to him and his staff. I can’t say enough good things about them. Dr. Wheeler is a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares about his patients. If you are searching for a great surgical facility and staff, look no farther, you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to my surgery next month and am 100% confident in Dr. Wheelers talent and abilities.
I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Wheeler at Plastic Surgery Northwest. From the very start the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Dr. Wheeler addressed all of my questions fully and eloquently. He made me feel totally comfortable and at peace with the plan for my breast augmentation. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything was orchestrated – from the consultation, to the day of surgery, to post op care. And most important of all my results are AMAZING! Dr. Wheeler truly is an artist of the human form.
Hi, my name is Karen. You can call me Karen or a Karen, and I’ll own it. To be clear, the only other 1 star review I’ve ever written was due to cockroaches in the bathroom at a restaurant. While I did not see any cockroaches in the bathroom, I’d actually rather see cockroaches than be fleeced by an unscrupulous medical practice. I went in for routine and textbook botox – first time patient (just in Spokane for a few months visiting family) but veteran botox user. I always receive 20 units in my forehead every four months. I like my forehead to be completely smooth and completely frozen — absolutely zero lines when my brows are lifted. This is / has always been completely achievable and 20 units is more than enough especially when I do not have any visible lines on my forehead with my resting b face. I noticed shortly after I received my 20 units, I did not have the typical frozen effect. I called to schedule a “touch up”. Dr. Fletcher then injected 8 additional units in my forehead. Remember, I’ve only ever needed 20 units and that lasts me a solid four months. 8 additional units (28 total units in the forehead) is a lot for someone who does not have any visible lines on the forehead. But I willingly paid for it because I know the desired effect I want and that I’m used to obtaining. A few days later, I still had lines on my forehead after 28 total units. I was shocked, and you could actually see that I was shocked, because well, the botox clearly didn’t work. 20 units should have done the trick the first time and a total of 28 units really, really, really should have done the trick. I called Plastic Surgery Northwest to express my concerns and request a refund for 1) over-diluting the botox so the customer pays more for weakened botox and/or 2) injecting a smaller amount than I paid for. And when I called, it was clear the doctor was listening in (later confirmed) without my prior consent by the way, my concerns were met with the typical script: “Thank you for your feedback.” “We can assure you that x,y,z did not occur” “Thank you for your feedback.” And I did not receive a refund. It’s now been a month and after a total of 28 units were injected, I still have lines on my forehead. At this point, I do not desire a call back. I do not desire a refund. I do not even desire a $10 gift certificate to Chili’s if they offered. I do desire a commitment from Plastic Surgery Northwest to operate with integrity and stop over-diluting their botox and to stop engaging in other unscrupulous business practices. I’m sure this review will be met with: “Thank you for your feedback.” “We can assure our customers that x,y,z,….” And that’s fine. But let me just conclude with this before I depart WA for my home. Beautiful people of Spokane, you can enjoy the best elements of nature: sunshine, trails, and water, and you also deserve better botox! Don’t be fleeced by Plastic Surgery Northwest.
2020 sucked. Not only did Covid mess up everything, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. When I met Dr. Pannucci, he answered all my questions, and gave me a path forward; without any fluff. Any question I asked, he answered and ensured I understood. Through the bilateral mastectomy to the DIEP reconstruction, he’s been an excellent doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. He’s truly an artist when it comes to DIEP reconstruction. He and his staff were there through the healing, and issues I had; their texting tool Klara is awesome and often was a great way to communicate “is this normal” because you could easily send pictures. I had a small issue with healing and needed a skin graft, but even that, he ensured was done with the best intention and possible outcome. Dr. Pannucci is kind, considerate, and wants to take the best care of you. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Spokane area for any sort of breast work.
I could not recommend Dr. Pannucci and his staff enough! Going to see a doctor and speaking about insecurities (or better yet, showing them) is not an easy thing to do and they made my experience seamless. Everyone from the front staff to the MAs and nurses on surgery day made me feel incredibly comfortable from my first consultation to my very last check up six months post operation! My results are out of this world and Dr. Pannucci never let me leave without any and all of my questions being answered. He was the most informative medical professional I have ever encountered without being pushy. He was honest and upfront and absolutely made my dreams a reality! Thank you Dr. Pannucci and staff!!
