Was recommended by my sister in law. Was hesitant because of the cost. Full highlights, cut, wash & style was $320. It took roughly 3 hrs. So worth it.
I set the apt for my daughter, back to school hair, turned out beautiful. The girls we had, Tanya & Kylie were so AWESOME. They 100% know there stuff & are good at what they do. They do a great job. Also made my daughter feel beautiful, as she is. Thank you lady’s, we will be back soon for my other daughters back to school hair day.
As a lady of a certain age, my hair is fragile.
My technician at Luxe was a nice young woman.
After 6 months of the Signature Look, my hair is broken. It’s destroyed. It’s so upsetting to me.
My length is destroyed.
I’m not sure if it’s the Unite product line, or if there is bleach involved in the Lived In Look….
All I know is when I left a message after my last appointment, my technician never called me or texted me.
She has my cell phone number so I was surprised.
Especially because after my last appointment she said “sorry I overcharged you.”
But they have my card information on file. I never saw any charges reversed.
Anyway be careful of stylists who overbook their time at Luxe on Fridays when they “Have an assistant.”
There are only 3 sinks. You get stuck waiting.
I had planned on discussing my concerns with my technician, but I thought instead I’d drop a review and warn women of a certain age like me.
Luxe is basically Instagram IRL and I think they are more interested in Followers and Influencers than in quality.
Seriously. I saw her February through July. My hair went from all one shoulder length to a three inch choppy mess in the back and on top. I mentioned to her my concern last appointment July 8, but she had a Bride to attend to and no time for me.
I’m going to find a blonde expert who is my age.
And one who cares about the health of my hair!!!!!
My experience with Sarah was absolutely amazing. She gave me exactly the type of cut I wanted even though I walked in undecided. I have never found a hair salon I loved until now and can’t wait to go back!
Been going to Luxe for years. All of the ladies are so professional and very talented. Autumn does the best lashes in town. Tarah has worked wonders on my previously very damaged and poorly dyed hair. Also Kendra for the medspa has given me the best injector (botox) experience I’ve had in Spokane! After going to two others, she finally made me feel at ease and listened thoroughly to my concerns and took her time with me. All around by far the best salon in town
I’ve been going to Luxe for several years and recommend it to all my friends. Carly gives the best hydrafacial and all the injectors do great work! Tiffany did my last treatment and I didn’t bruise or feel the needle at all! I never feel pressured on up sales, they’re all extremely knowledgeable and super friendly whether it’s your first or twentieth service. I love adding on a vitamin boot too! Don’t forget to show up early for a little treat. I’m so excited for the new spa to open!

The second I walk in the door I always feel so welcome. Wether I’m just grabbing more hair or face product or checking in for an appointment, I’m always greeted right away and assisted as needed! The staff is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They’re the only salon I trust with my hair and skin!
Beautiful location! I had a hair coloring appointment with Jacy and she was so knowledgeable and gentle with my hair. She recommend quality products and told me the importance and reasoning. Strongly recommend!

I love their make up artist and she’s the reason I tried out the spa for a facial. I’ve been here twice for the hydro and dermaplane and the results have been really good. I’m trying to stick to a regimen together with their facials and this will be changing to a 5 star. Now, it puts a dent on your wallet but it’s worth it.
I wish I had done more research before receiving lip filler here, I received 1 syringe and was concerned about a lump that people kept pointing out to me so I went back to ask her about it and she told me it was nothing to be concerned about and said I just needed to ice it, she said I was good to get another syringe and I did. My lips are now so noticeably lumpy and uneven that people ask me about it almost daily. Do your research and don’t make the same mistake I did:(
