EDIT; One week later, I have never had so many compliments on a hair cut!! To be honest, I’ve never had short hair before, so when she did exactly what we discussed, I was shocked at what I seen in the mirror(I’m 39 and never cut it above my bra strap)
I was so stunned I was literally speechless and my stylist probably thought I wasn’t happy. Lol, I was in shock for a few hours, and even days later, I don’t recognize myself in the mirror. Yes, the cut is that good, and yes, it’s worth every penny I spent that day.
I had an amazing experience with Trinity! She never ceases to amaze me with her talent! Highly recommend her and Luxe salon, very sweet and helpful!
Trinity is the lash goddess! She captures the lash design I have in mind, my retention is AMAZING when she does my lashes and she’s very friendly! I highly recommend.

Was initially happy with Kylie but then when I was told to at least give two weeks notice on cancellations, and I did, that still wasn’t good enough. The front desk had to tell me that I now had to pay a deposit of $50 to book with her because of multiple cancellations. Life happens and people need to cancel. She doesn’t care for the reason she just doesn’t want you to cancel, period. Well that’s too bad. Get over yourself. I see where other people left bad reviews for the fee as well. I hope when Kylie needs to cancel due to life in her future, she gets the same treatment she gave me. I’ll be letting everyone I know not to go to Kylie.

I was super excited to get my hair done. I walked in and all of the girls were so nice and professional. The experience was amazing from start to finish. The salon was really cute and clean. I’m new in town and it looks like I found my new salon!
We got a snow storm the day before my appointment. I called 23 hours before my appointment to see if I could move it because I was worried I would still be snowed in. They didn’t have anything available which was fine. But then told me I would have a cancellation charge if I did not make it tomorrow… I understand they have to have cancellation policies in place. However, I told them I may not be able to get my car out and asked if I should just cancel now. She said if I cancel I have to pay the fee still. I’m really disappointed because I really just called because I can’t currently get my car out of my driveway. We live in North Idaho and it snows and the way they wouldn’t work with me was pretty unprofessional in my opinion. They have been pretty rude since I started going, but unfortunately can’t support them anymore. My lash gal is very kind though so I will miss her.
I felt so uncomfortable coming in here which is a bummer because I was really interested and excited to get my hair done here. I asked for a brighter balayage and I ended up getting darker tones and my hair was cut off way more than it needed to be. Overall the girls were very polite and had great customer service however I don’t think I will be returning.
