Terrible. They call me 3 days before my wedding when it was impossible to get something else and cancel my make up appointment.

Just wanted to give an update on my review below… I went in for a complimentary lash fill a few days later. Rachel was very nice and welcoming this time around and I was satisfied with my lashes. While checking out after my appointment, I was greeted by the owner of the salon, she asked me to explain what happened the first time and asked if I could come back the next week to ensure my lashes were in good shape. I agreed to come back the next week, however, something came up so I had to cancel the appointment. I rescheduled for the following week but, I got a call back from the owner moments later. She stated, lashes aren’t for everyone and that if I couldn’t make that appointment, she didn’t feel like I should continue to get my lashes done with them in the future. I simply said ok, just cancel any other appointments I may have. Not being able to make that appointment was the best thing that could’ve happened. I found a new lash tech and my lashes look significantly better, they last longer, and she didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t welcomed at all.
P.S. I followed the same exact after care instructions for both locations.
I went to this salon to get lash extensions by Rachel on Wednesday. She was not welcoming at all during my entire visit. Most of the lashes applied on my left eye fell out within the first few days. Also, the lashes constantly rub against my eye causing it to feel like there’s an eyelash in my eye at all times. I called on Saturday to speak to someone about the issue and was told that I would get a call/text from Rachel shortly. Rachel never contacted me. I do not recommend going to Rachel for this service.

I can’t say enough great things about Rachelle. I hope I didn’t spell that wrong. Oops if I did. I was apprehensive about getting lash extensions until I got them as a gift. However for the last 7 months I’ve seen my girl every week. Wild horses couldn’t keep me away honestly! She makes me feel so beautiful and special every single week! She’s simply the best❤ Thank you Rachelle and Luxe! You all rock!!
I absolutely love Luxe! Not only is it literally the cutest place ever, but I have been going to Rachel for my lashes for over year now and cannot recommend her enough. I love the more natural look of classics and she does the most beautiful job. I’ve gone to other places to get my lashes done and never has anyone else made my classics look so full and gorgeous. I can be pretty hard on my lashes (so sorry girl) and not only is she so patient and kind every time I get a fill, but she’s always been amazing at giving me at-home tips and tricks and every appointment I leave feeling like she worked a miracle on me. Her quality of work is truly amazing. Not to mention, I’m always getting compliments! If you are looking for lashes, I highly recommend Rachel and The Luxe team!
I’ve had a great experience getting my lashes done by Rachel! I’ve gone to three separate lash artists and Rachel is the best! They always looks so natural, retention is great, and I always get compliments on how beautiful they are. 10/10 would recommend
Cannot say enough good things about Luxe salon. Absolutely every service I’ve had done here has been top notch, I always leave feeling like a million dollars (no matter whose chair I have to pleasure to sit in) I do have to say, my girl Vicky is the tops. You won’t regret a visit to this darling Spokane gem.

First time getting my hair worked on in 6 years and Megan was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my requests and was able to accommodate perfectly. I definitely think I’ve found my new salon and will recommend them to everyone I know!
Not only was my stylist changed, they did not notify me AT ALL. I had signed a contract when they told me that my fee was going to be raised, AFTER MY CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. Was there some fine print that said you can jack my prices?? Or what it is more likely, they specifically didn’t include a price lock section so that they can do this to clients. They sure get to keep 50 dollars of my deposit. It is abundantly clear that any form you sign at this business is something that they typed up in a word document that they have no plans to abide by. Who knows maybe I just missed the part where I signed a contract that “wasn’t” solidifying the terms we had agreed on. READ EVERYTHING YOU EVER SIGN LADIES. I am thoroughly disappointed in the blatant milking for more money and lack of professionalism.
