I’ve been getting my lashes done by Kylee Wing for about three years now. I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s fast, yet always does an amazing job. She’s very detailed and makes sure that they are perfect every time. I highly recommend Kylee for lashes!!
me and all my friends have gone here and worst experience ever all they do is talk bad about their previous clients and terrible lashes. very unprofessional.
Since COVID and the stay at home order I hadn’t gone to a salon in a looong time! So when salons reopened I reached out to Vicky through her Instagram and she was able to get me in pretty quickly.
Something that was new for me due to a health reason, I started having really bad anxiety and panic attacks, so for me going to a salon with other people there was making me very nervous.
Walking in the salon was so refreshing, the girl behind the counter was cheerful and so nice. Everything was clean and the energy was bubbly. Vicky came out and greeted me and we got right into what my hair goal was. We agreed on the look and she went back to start mixing colors. Something she didn’t know was as soon as she left to do that, I immediately started to have a panic attack and thought I was going to faint. I was looking around at every one and trying to find an escape. I told myself to relax and started controlling my breaths. She came back and I’m not sure if she felt my vibe but asked how was I doing and got me talking. I was shaking while I was talking, and that was new too! She kept the conversation going and this was exactly what I needed in that moment. We talked about everything, family, hair, work, anxiety, and it made me calm down so much!
Getting to the hair…. I wanted to go lighter, blonder than I was and she explained that it may take a couple visits to get to the blonde I wanted but she would make me lighter and also that it would look good in the process. I tend to be very chill when it comes to my hair color, not freaking out if it’s not perfect. BUT Vicky made perfection happen even with a transition color! I was very happy the color and can’t wait for our next appointment to go even blonder.
Overall, with Vicky being understanding and just a great uplifting vibe it made the hair process go by so fast and in the end I was even happier with my experience than just a good hair color. I would recommend Vicky and this salon a million times.
Omg I cannot thank Vicky and Megan enough!!! Megan cut my hair and it’s the best haircut I’ve had !!! I’m in love highly recommend Luxe !
After searching for three years in the North Spokane area for a good hair salon- I finally found one! Megan was so nice and kind and was able to fit me in at the end of her work day to fix my hair. I look forward to being able to continue going back to Luxe!
I went to Luxe salon for the bridal package, hair and makeup combo. It was very expensive ($450) but I was willing to pay for the stylist to do my hair and makeup. I told them the time I was available and they made an appointment “at the time I stated”. I got an email a couple weeks later stating the appointment was three hours earlier than I had scheduled, which for my wedding day I was unable to be there to get my hair done at the new scheduled 7am. They had several other weddings and had to fit everyone in a small time frame, so they explained to me. I found out after calling to cancel, that I was locked into the contract regardless of their mistake scheduling me wrong. They would also add another $100 fee to travel six miles to my apartment to do hair and makeup there with my bridal party and due to Covid, I was only allowed two other people in the salon with me. Not at all my wedding day dreams of getting ready and pampered.
The stylist was very sweet and fit me in at a later time, but the owner was very unprofessional and wasn’t willing to admit they made a scheduling mistake. I was “tied in” because of a contract I signed. Which I never received a copy of.
Regardless of the professional stylist, my wedding hair fell out. By the end of my ceremony and reception, my hair was straight and Bobby pins were falling out, and the bridesmaids begged me to fix it for pictures. I had to go upstairs and attempt to make my hair look presentable. Not at all the dreamy wedding hair I desired.
I will not be returning to this salon nor will I recommend any brides going there for their wedding day styling.
So happy with my hair cut this morning. It was my first time at Luxe and the staff was friendly, quick, and professional. I appreciated Megan listening to what I wanted for my hair cut and making sure it was exactly what I wanted. Would definitely go back and recommend!
Great salon with excellent stylists. I go often to get vitamin shots, trims and color, facials, lashes, etc. One stop shop for most beauty services.
My absolute favorite spot in Spokane. All the gals make you feel right at home and comfortable. They are all knowledgeable, caring, and considerate. The comradrey among the team is impeccable! They are such beautiful, powerful women. I have seen Jess for my over-processed hair for a year now. Since seeing her, my hair is healthy and happy. My favorite is that she cuts it dry- this ensures the hair will lay properly all day! I have also had several spa services done- again, the best service you will receive in Spokane! They truly make you leave feeling like a beautiful part of their family.
Y’all, let me just tell you, I couldn’t of had a better experience here! I’ve been wanting to get extensions for as long as I could remember. I finally did it! Mariah and Vicky were so helpful, informative and nice! I think I talked their ear off and they were so warm and welcoming!! My hair came out amazing I cried basically the entire way home. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. THANK YOU ladies again. I’m seriously in love with my hair!!
I’ve been looking for a great hair place since moving to the east side, and I have found it! Abby did a fabulous job of handling my curls and touching up my roots. I’m thrilled with the results. ❤️

I was first introduced to Luxe via Instagram! I was so in love with their braid styles. A little later, I was photographing a wedding and met Jess and Emma, they were fabulous both with their interactions with the bride, family, venue owner and us (the photographers) as well as their bridal hair styling services! I’m currently engaged and couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else to do my hair. I used to drive all the way to CDA to get my hair done and now I’ll forever be a Luxe client for color/balayage! In a few weeks I’ll be a Luxe bride and can’t wait for the magic they’ll create. If you choose Luxe you will have a great experience guaranteed. Their product knowledge is impeccable and they are constantly training their employees on new techniques. I’m so impressed and you will be too! #luxeforever
I recently scheduled my bridal hair with Jess at Luxe! I was so impressed with my consultation! Jess sat down with me for over an hour going over everything & finding out my needs! I was so impressed as this is so important to me for my wedding! I plan on seeing Jess from now on for my usual cut & color! Also, the salon is so clean & so cute!

I have been to many other salons in town & never felt comfortable. Everyone at Luxe has always greeted me with a smile & kindness, but since I knew Vicki from a previous job I knew she would not work for a company that treated people any less. Vicki & mariah have given me the hair I always wanted. I cannot thank them enough.
Jess is amazing and knows how to work with dark hair so you don’t look like you had a fight with bleach!
Jess did my hair and makeup for my boudoir photoshoot. She was so sweet and did an amazing job! The salon itself is clean and cute and everything is very fairly priced! Highly recommend.
