The offices were very clean and stylish, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was only in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and I was only in the office waiting for a doctor for about 2 minutes. My procedure (mole removals) was painless and done so quickly that I was kicking myself for not getting it done years ago. The dermatologist listened to all of my concerns and was extremely helpful. I’m going to recommend them to everyone.
My only complaint is that there was a long wait to get an appointment, but it was the same with every dermatologist in Spokane so I can’t complain too much.

Dr Urso was very professional giving me details of the procedure and my possible reactions. I was in and out very quickly but not in a rushed manner. All of my questions were answered. Front office staff was pleasant and helpful.

Our problem ended up not being a dermatology problem but Dr. Brown was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in helping us figure out next steps for our kiddo.
