I was fortunate enough to snag a facial with Erin and it was the most relaxing, worthwhile experience! She was so kind and explained everything she would be doing, which made me feel more comfortable. I wish I would have caught the front desk lady’s name because she was also super sweet and answered all of my questions! Great first time experience, I will be coming back!!
Private information handed out freely to unauthorized people regarding personal information (nature of appointment, time, date etc.,). They held no accountability and were incredibly rude not to mention this was a reoccurrence.
Melissa and her team are the absolute best. I had a few bad experiences with two different providers in Spokane so wasn’t sure I would ever let anyone touch my face again. After a consult with Mel I trusted her approach and really felt like we became a team. She listened to my concerns and made me feel safe and heard. I decided to give it a try again and the results have been amazing. I have had many people compliment my skin and ask how I take care of it. I saw an old friend the other day who I had not seen in over a year. They looked at me in shock and asked how I can look so young. It was a pretty awesome thing to hear completely unsolicited. The best part is I don’t look “done”. I’ve had Botox and Fillers but with Mel’s eye for symmetry and natural beauty the upgrades have been subtle and natural looking. Worth every penny.
I recently had botox treatment done by Taylor Reed @ Crafted Beauty and could not be more thrilled with the results! She is professional and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I’d strongly recommend her to anyone who might be nervous to try it for the first time – she is a true expert!

The staff at Crafted is the best. They are experts at the procedures and have techniques to minimize pain and speed up recovery. I was new to getting these kinds of treatments and they always made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love love love Lisa she is so kind! I had a major jaw surgery and she really has helped me over the last almost 10 years making sure my eyebrows match and are not all wonky from my nerve Damage! I would highly recommend her she is amazing! I have just started seeing Erin here for chemical peels and she is also amazing and I have already seen results with my pigmentation and acne! Thank you ladies SO much for always helping me out!!!! 💜

Kyra is amazing, she spends all the time needed during a consult to listen to your concerns and make the appropriate recommendations. She never pushes for unnecessary treatments and is committed to natural looking results!

I am 22 weeks pregnant and last time I had the Fire & Ice facial and this time Erin recommended the Deluxe Diamond Glow facial-my skin is glowing! She always does a fantastic job and is so kind and fun to chat with. I can’t wait until my next appointment!

Crafted always come through with amazing service and great results. I’ve worked with Erin, Jules and now Ashley and have loved them all. They always tailor each facial to my specific needs and have great product recommendations for where my skin is at that particular time. Can’t recommend enough!
I absolutely LOVE Crafted! I have been seeing Jules for facials for a year and Lisa for Botox and I don’t think I can stand going anywhere else! Their attention to detail and the calming energy in their space is addicting. And they have a huge selection of the best skincare you can find. I leave feeling beautiful and glowing! Could not recommend this place more.
