Have been going here for a few years now to see Malain for facials and my brows and the service and her expertise is the absolute best in the PNW that I have ever experienced! I recommend my friends and family here constantly!
I have been seeing Jules here for about 6 months for my acne and she has totally changed my skin. I have struggles with acne for years and was an acutane candidate. I decided that I was not wanting acutane. When I came in for the first time we came up with a plan, since then I have been able to completely come off my acne prescriptions. In addition to the acne control Jules has worked on my scaring significantly and can finally leave the house confident with no make up on. This is a great environment, where everyone is warm and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend crafted beauty and Jules enough!!
I’ve been going to Mellisa for 6 years now and she never disappoints my Botox came out amazing of course. We need to talk about Jules. This was my first time getting a facial and she has been the best human being ever. even when i got home she checked on me and made sure my skin was doing good. I did have some issues with acne and she still is helping me at home get my skin care on point until my next facial. So if you are interested in going to crafted but not sure I’m here to say go they are so amazing everyone In there.
Every single person I have ever seen has been so incredible. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and treats you like family. I absolutely look forward to going to each and every appointment. It’s so incredibly beautiful in that place, it is hands-down the most luxurious and professional place in all of Spokane.
I have been a patient at Crafted for over 2 years and there’s nowhere else I would go! Katie NP is professional, knowledgeable and extremely talented. She treats my face as if it were her own. She somehow knows exactly how many units I need each time. Katie tells me and makes me feel beautiful and confident without any treatments. She is truly the best! I love everything about this place. I had a hydrafacial back treatment done at Crafted Beauty in Spokane and although it was a little pricey ($325 after taxes) it was totally worth it in my opinion. The gal who did the treatment was very nice, made me comfortable and she was very informative of what was going on step by step. The treatment took about 45 mins and it flew by. The skin on my back is much better and healthier now and I believe I will be able to prevent the problem from coming back but it would not have cleared up without professional skincare treatment at Crafted Beauty first. Thanks again!

I’ve been a client of Crafted Beauty for several months now. I’ve had probably 4 facials from Ashley, and I didn’t think I would like it or notice any difference, but wow I was so wrong. Not only do I see and feel a difference with my skin, I actually enjoy going. Crafted Beauty is a great, and the staff is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend for all.
I had a beauty nurse facial with Chelsey and it was the most relaxing experience I have ever had. It was my first facial, ever and it most definitely won’t be the last. It was was worth every penny. She was so sweet and knowledgeable on different skin types, and she recommended a skin care plan suited to my own skin’s needs. I will definitely be back!!
PRP injections went quick and walked me through it.

Best facial ever!!! I was in Spokane for a work trip and heard so many good things about crafted beauty, so I had to see for myself. I never trust anyone with my face except my aesthetician, but took a chance and booked a facial with Jules. She listened to all my concerns and addressed them and went above and beyond (might have to fly down every month 😜) I also was very impressed with the ambience of the space and how welcoming the environment was. I walked out feeling rejuvenated. Cannot recommend her and crafted beauty enough.
Jules is amazing! I’ve been regularly getting facials (Diamond glow with peel) and my skin looks and feels so good. I recently went more than 3 months and could definitely feel the dryness and congestion in my skin. I’m 45 but people routinely think I’m in my mid 30s. Highly recommend Jules for any skincare needs!!
I was completely disarmed by the way everyone treated me, especially by Melissa and Hayley. It was the most nurturing and honoring experience I have ever had at any facility in my entire life. I never felt rushed or like I was a burden whatsoever. Everyone spoke with absolute kindness and helpfulness from start to finish.
It was everything I would have dared to hope it would be.

I reached out to Melissa Berg
2 weeks ago several times for recommendations and no response. She posts on her social media several times daily but once I confronted her about not getting back with me she had nothing but excuses and attacks! Complained to me that she is so busy, Yet, she viewed everyone of my messages. Then decided to post my private messages on social media for revenge. Unprofessional?! I’ll leave that up to the viewers!
I would NEVER recommend this company “Crafted Beauty or this so called Nurse! If she can post private messages God only knows could she also be in violation of HIPPA with her patients?
Fantastic local business. Crafted Beauty absolutely elevates Spokane .. Melissa and staff are extremely kind. Some of the best customer service in Spokane! I trust Melissa’s experience and knowledge , and feel very comfortable while there. Love visiting Crafted Beauty!

I bought a series of three morpheus8 and prp procedures. Let me tell you the good and the bad from my experience…
Good:
The space is really lovely and modern. The customer service from front desk to provider is excellent. Everyone is fantastic and friendly.
Prices are in line with what other derms and med spas are charging.
My blood draws for prp were easy and the provider didn’t struggle to do it correctly. Elsewhere in the past I had a nurse so nervous and unsure she had to do the draw three times to get it done correctly.
Bad:
My first Morpheus8 + prp treatment was with “Nurse A”. It was not painful and I was honestly wondering if something was wrong with the equipment because everyone I know who has undergone this treatment told me it is painful, even with numbing cream. But Nurse A checked and everything was working properly.
Second time I worked with a different provider, “Nurse B”. Pain level was significantly more noticeable. It felt like I was having a completely different procedure. I could feel the radio frequency jolts in my teeth and in the back of my head. When I mentioned this to Nurse B she said she was using the same settings from my first treatment. Why the discrepancy, it made me wonder if one of the two treatments wasn’t performed correctly.
My third and final treatment was the worst. I was told Crafted got a different, improved numbing cream. It honestly didn’t work at all. The pain was excruciating from the very first RF stamp. I don’t recommend anyone undergo this treatment until they fix the numbing cream situation. Generally speaking, this procedure is so painful some offices give their patients both numbing cream and local anesthetic. Imagine having multiple needles that stamp into your face and emit radio frequency with almost no pain medication.
In regards to the prp add-on treatment… I also do not recommend. Prp is is like liquid youth and it needs to be added quickly after the skin is opened up by the needles. The openings in the skin start closing immediately, so ideally as soon as a section of the face or neck is done being stamped another provider should be vigorously rubbing the prp in the treated area. This is how I’ve always experienced microneedling with prp treatments. One person performing the procedure with another person working in tandem massaging the prp while the skin is newly opened. Instead at Crated they wait until the entire procedure is finished and then drizzle the prp over your skin. It isn’t even massaged into the pores or openings. Most of it lands on the pillow from flowing down your neck. I literally massaged it in myself. Prp is an extra several hundred dollar add-on per treatment and you are going through the pain for a blood draw. It needs to be applied for maximum benefit and I can’t say it was from my experience. After three treatments I also can’t say I see any improvement… I honestly think in some areas my skin looks worse. Is that just natural again or from Morpheus8? No way to know for sure. Correct settings on Morpheus8 is crucial because it can tighten skin or cause fat loss and as a result create more loose skin for some individuals.
I think Crafted is a great place and I’m sure they provide excellent treatment and care overall. I would not dissuade anyone from going there. This review is specific to morpheus8 +prp only. At a price of around $2000-3500 for a package of three I think other people should know what to expect.

I was in Spokane for business with a little bit of down time and decided to treat myself. Crafted beauty is an incredible med spa where the staff is smart, highly knowledgeable and so so kind! From the receptionist to the therapist everyone makes you feel at home and recommended the best treatment for me. I live in NY and believe me, this establishment is much better than anything I have experienced in the city. I hope I can be back soon 🙂
