I saw Dr. chad yesterday for an adjustment and I am currently 21 weeks pregnant. It took us 18 months to conceive and quite a bit of medical intervention due to endometriosis. I have a ton of anxiety around my pregnancy and losing my son. I explained all of this to him and asked if there were any risks whatsoever with these adjustments. He seemed put off and instead of explaining medically why these interventions are safe and how baby is protected, he proceeded to tell me about his 100+ 5 start reviews and how he’s never encountered an issue and he would be surprised if my doctor didn’t know who he was. He wasn’t rude necessarily but again – put off. There was no medical explanation of why it’s safe and I didn’t feel like my anxiety was understood. I went ahead with the adjustment anyways, hoping I was simply overreacting. I woke up this morning and am unable to turn my head from side to side and most movements are very painful. I’ve been to chiropractors in the past and have experienced soreness from an adjustment but never this much pain. I’m honestly really disappointed. I also work in healthcare and was disappointed that during a statewide mask mandate – no one in the office was wearing a mask. I understand this is a very touchy subject but with what our community is dealing with right now and how stressed our hospitals are – in my opinion masking is the least we can be doing to prevent further illness. The office staff were pleasant and I’m sure Dr. Chad is a great fit for some but not for me.
I love chiropractic! The past 30 years, I have been so blessed by all that it has to offer my health and well-being. I am grateful to have connected with Dr Chad to help me with his knowledge, skill and technique. Thank you for all that you offer your patients for a Better Life!

Dr. Chad is the best chiropractor! I did not have very good experiences in the past with others. When I became pregnant with my second I was experiencing terrible pain in my hips and lower back. I decided I needed to do something. I researched chiropractors that specialized in pregnancy. I found Better Life Family Chiropractic and was immediately impressed. There were videos showing Dr. Chad explaining the process of what happens as your body changes through pregnancy and the benefits of chiropractics. I set up an appointment and have never regretted it. The care I experienced was top notch. It eased my pain and made delivery a breeze. Now I am feeling great and have my daughter on a care plan and have had my infant son cared for as needed as well for constipation. In fact my son was stiff legged when attempting to crawl and Dr. Chad evaluated and adjusted him in the hip and that afternoon he was crawling. I cannot sing his praises enough! The staff is great as well. Very friendly and welcoming. You will be addressed by name when you walk in the door. The entire team is wonderful.

Dr Chad has helped my son for the last 2 years. We went to Dr Chad because my son wouldn’t sleep through the night and we had tried everything and decided to try chiropractics. It was the best decision we made. My son now sleeps through the night. Thank you Dr Chad.
