The staff is genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can attest to the effectiveness of Dr Johnson’s chiropractic treatment for our 9 week old baby girl. She struggled to nurse effectively, and preferred one side. Dr Johnson was recommended by a chiropractor in Tri-Citites, and a local Spokane IBCLC. Now baby girl freely rotates her neck, nurses equally, and is a far happier baby. I am so relieved and pleased!
I saw Dr Chad from 30 weeks to 42 weeks pregnant AND postpartum AND for my newborn. It didn’t take long for him and his lovely staff {Dawn!} to feel like family. Better Life Chiropractic is an awesome Clinic. I had severe neck pain and always had trouble sleeping. Dr. Johnson believed chiropractics could fix this problem. Each time I would see Dr. Johnson I would have less neck pain. Today I visit Better Life once a month for an ajustment and have zero neck pain. I really respect the work that Dr. Johnson does. Our family has been going to Dr Johnson for two and a half years now. Our firstborn was three months old and I had been in constant pain since the birth. My husband and I got onto a wellness plan with Dr Johnson and within a few visits, I was nearly pain free. My husband and I both experienced increased mobility in our neck and joints. After going through my first pregnancy without Dr. Johnsons care, it was obvious to me the difference it made during my second pregnancy! I started going to Dr. Chad about eight months ago. I had severe pain shooting into my legs causing numbness and tingling. I wasn’t a big believer in chiropractic methods but decided that I needed to do something. The pain had become debilitating ,affecting every aspect of my life. After x-rays and a consultation Dr Chad said he believed that he could have me out of pain in a couple weeks. After three weeks I was out of pain. There isn’t a chiropractor in Spokane as talented as him. I recommend him to everyone including my wife.

I started seeing Dr. Johnson during pregnancy and credit the care I received for a relatively pain-free pregnancy!! I often left the office feeling so much better and like I could do this brand new pregnancy experience just a little better than before. Our baby was breech at 36 weeks- but turned without major intervention by 38 weeks, with the help of our chiropractic care and exercises to do at home. We used Dr. Johnson during labor as well- he made a house call to give one final adjustment before birth! My husband and our newborn have also received care and we are so grateful for the quality work of the Better Life office.

I woke up one morning with some pretty awful lower back pain and decided to finally seek out some relief. I learned that the source of my problem was actually higher up in my spine/neck. With the adjustments I found that a lot of other pain that I had been experiencing for so long and regarded as baseline was actually gone, along with my chief complaint of lower back pain. Amazing Results! I was medically retired from the military for a number of issues a few years ago. Since I began seeing Dr. Chad at Better Life, many of my issues have been relieved and my back pain is a thing of the past. Best chiropractic care in Spokane.
Derek started treatment for high functioning autism with Dr. Chad about a year ago. Now when we look back on the development and improvements Derek has made in that time, it seems too good to be true.
Almost immediately after starting treatment, we noticed that Derek wanted to play with other kids on the playground at recess and join sporting teams. Previous to chiropractic treatment Derek was too fearful and insecure to try new things and often played alone.
Next we noticed he was making better eye contact and having good two way conversations.
Over the past year Derek graduated from his occupational therapy class and his behavior in the classroom has also dramatically improved. In fact, at his IEP meeting in February, the specialists asked what we had been doing differently because maturity alone could not account for his amazing progress from last year to present.
Giving Dr. Chad Johnson a chance is by far the best decision we have ever made in the care and treatment of our son’s autism. We have high hopes for Derek and can’t wait to see how he will continue progress.
