Lovely facility. My nurse was professional and personal. Not much waiting time, my doctor was straight to the point and gave me options for care and treatment of my condition.
Amy Nelson was thorough and competent. She removed a growth and had a biopsy done. I was very pleased with my care.
I felt the front desk staff was very courteous and efficient. Checked into exam room very near apptmt time, pretty unusual for a medical appointment in my experience. Dr. was thorough and explanatory in cancer screening which I appreciated very much.

I saw Robin. Checked in early. She checked out all areas of concern and some I could not see. Very good job.
After seeing 3 different providers at this office I can genuinely say this is not my favorite office. I’m actually going to look for a new place to go. I felt like they just want to quickly prescribe you something and get you out the door, no time to talk and learn about a new diagnosis. This last time the PA and assistant came busting through the door and it seemed extremely unprofessional, not to mention the freezing cold room I had to wait in.
Best skin care docs in Spokane. Educate you where you can prevent things and provide excellent treatment for the conditions you have. Thank you to the entire staff for being so amazing. Your office literally saved my life.

I was greeted by a friendly office person, and had no wait for my appointment. My doctor, Dr. Hornburg, was delightful, knowledgeable. She had a gentle touch, which was reassuring as I was having a biopsy done.
