They spend time to educate you while doing a visual scan for skin cancer.
Friendly, competent and highly professional in every aspect of my appointment. Brenda put me at ease from the moment she came into the room. She explained what she was doing and answered questions with clarity.

I don’t usually go to this office. I took a cancellation spot for the next day and was told it was at 3:40. When I arrived I got checked in and then the receptionist came out and told me that I was 20 minutes late and couldn’t be seen. I was given the option to show the reminder that said the time. However, since I took the appointment the day before, I did not receive any reminders. I said I did not want to reschedule since I had worked the appointment into a busy day. The receptionist consulted the provider and I was told I could wait to be worked on around the people who were on time. I was seen but left my appointment with a bad taste in my mouth. I felted shamed for the miscommunication around the appointment time which I was being flexible to take at short notice and I wondered if my skin concerns were rushed through and perhaps not given the provider’s full attention since I was now worked in as a favor. I am sure my insurance will be billed like everyone else who was seen that day but my treatment felt like a charity case for someone who was less deserving than the others in the office.
The team at this clinic is very friendly & everything was explained as the Dr did her exam. Would recommend to friends & family.

I had a change in a mole. They were able to get me in within a week. I received excellent care by Dr Dunn.
very nice office and staff
Dr. Dunn was efficient and personable. His assistant, Nurse Kat, was gracious and knowledgeable. Front desk receptionist was jovial, kind and extremely helpful. All in all, a very rewarding visit.
