Review update, I have been in contact with this company and after a phone call, things were explained and a treatment plan was offered. I was offered a follow up and I’m very pleased with the way the office manager handled my concern. I saw a new RN and I couldn’t be more pleased with the conversation and treatment she gave me today. I will be getting more treatments from her. I truly appreciate the call and concern from the office manager she was fantastic and took care of all my concerns.
Im leaving this review because I feel cheated and duped out of 2800 hundred dollars. I made an appointment to see Zelda and had a prp done under my eyes along with botox and juviderm fillers around my lips and checks. I have deep lines on my lips. Went to my appointment everyone from the front desk to Zelda was fantastic the day I had my fillers done. Zelda was very good at what she did. But after that appointment things fell apart fast. Zelda told me to make an appointment for a follow up in two weeks. I told here I was going out of town on vacation the following week so she said to come in before my vacation to check on how things were going. I made the appointment and saw her 1 week later. At that appointment we both agreed I needed more filler around my upper lips and checks she called it chancing lines. Because there wasn’t enough filler injected there. She said make an appointment and we’ll fix it when you get back from vacation. Well I went to the front desk and started to make an appointment when I asked the receptionist I forget to ask Zelda if there was a charge for having to fix what she clearly missed on my face. The receptionist stated that she would have to get back to me because zelda is now with another patient I said okay please call me when you have that answer. Well 2 days later I get a call from the receptionist and she proceeded to tell me it would be another 600 dollars to finish up what was clearly missed from my first appointment. I about lost it by that point. I asked her why I was being charged 600 dollars more for something that was already paid for, and that this was the follow up to my first appointment. She said she would find out why I was being charged again and get back to me. Well that was 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from this company. I even refured my sister in law to them. And she made an appointment for this morning, but of course when she showed up for her appointment they stated she didn’t have an appointment no one put her in the system. They apologize to her and gave her an appointment for this afternoon noon. She called me and told her to not even waste her time or money going there. If this company cared anything about the people they are serving they wouldn’t nickel and dime anyone. Very disappointed and ashamed I wasted 2800 for a service that wasn’t done correctly. It took me months to save up for this hoping it would have helped.

I’ve been going to Dr. Paul Hill for years now and I have never been disappointed. He always does an amazing job. All of the other staff is very genuine and kind. I would definitely recommend going to Valley Dermatology.
Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about my condition, & quickly took care of me. Personable PA, who took care of my needs, made me feel comfortable, & allowed me to share my needs.
Always great service, Aly is super and she takes the time to explain everything, so I can understand what she recommends for my treatments.
Dr Zelda Swain has treated me with kindness and compassion to every extent. She’s offered me help when I couldn’t afford it and treated me as if I was family! The entire staff has always been so pleasant and cheerful I can’t recommend this office, Dr and staff enough!! Thank you!!!
Very knowledgeable and quick.. Pleasant employees. Only improvement if you are a new patient to know there is an upstairs office as well and knowing which office to go to.
One of the most professional medical offices I’ve ever been to. The staff are very nice. My provider’s medical staff are great! My provider, Paul Hill ARNP is very smart, as well as thorough. He actually listens to his patients.
Dr. Smith and Hailey were fantastic and made me feel welcome and comfortable. My annual full skin exam experience was so much better than what I had experienced at my previous doctors office and more in depth. Because of medical conditions I was not forced to wear a mask to be seen unlike my previous doctor at Rockwood. Will definitely be back to see Dr. Smith and the rest of the amazing people at Valley Dermatologist and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I had an appointment today for the first time since I left this review last July. Although I was assured at that time that my concern would be addressed, I was again misgendered at my appointment today by both the person I had the appointment with, as well as the assistant to that person. Not happy about this.
I have been a long time patient and would normally have given them 5 stars for the work they do. As a transgender woman, though, they have repeatedly misgendered me, including today, after I have repeatedly told them over the past couple of years that I am transgender and what my pronouns are. That fact seems to fall on deaf ears at the practice. This is a learning opportunity for them…
I just had my lips done by Zelda, and she did an amazing job!! She is by far the most amazing injector Valley dermatology has! I will definitely be coming back to see Zelda for any of my needs🤗
I have been going to valley dermatology for several years and I really love the care and understanding of all the people at the front desk and all the doctors and nurses I recommend them to everyone I know and even strangers that needs that type of doctors
Zelda is just phenomenal! I have had her do both lip fillers and Botox for me and she is the best. Procedures have been just about as pain free as possible. Zero bruising and very minimal swelling after my lip fillers, because Zelda did so awesome with the application. I thought my lips would be super swollen and bruised but that was not the case! She calmed all of my worries and listened to what I wanted all while giving me her recommendations and professional thoughts. I LOVE the results I have gotten from both Botox and lip fillers. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Zelda Swain, you’ll be so happy you did! Thank you Valley Derm 🙂

I have received great care at Valley Derm for a few years now. Staff are friendly and helpful. Paul Hill is knowledgeable, skilled, and I know I’m in good hands. His Medical Assistants make me feel comfortable and welcome. Farah Webb is also the best at her trade, leaving my skin glowing after hydra facials. They are both down to earth, kind, professional, and take good care of their clients- I frequently recommend them to family and friends!
Had great experience and results after hydrofacials, and microneedling with Farrah. They provide skin care consult and have great choice of medical grade skin care products.
