Have had a few services in this office. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
I’ve been to Valley Dermatology multiple times to receive Vitamin B-12 shots and to purchase skincare products. The staff is all very knowledgeable, kind and willing to help. I enjoy coming into the office and look forward to my visits! They offer a variety of cosmetic services and products, all amazing! Visit Valley Dermatology, you won’t be disappointed!

Valley Dermatology is awesome! Great service & awesome atmosphere. Zelda did my lips several times and I’m in love with the results! I also recently started using the Skin Better skincare from Valley Dermatology and my skin has improved greatly! Highly recommend this business!
I’ve been going to valley dermatology for hydrafacials for a while! Farrah does an amazing job and leaves my face smooth and glowy each time! Leaving that place I always feel so pampered

Had a facial with Farah Webb today and I must say , she’s the BEST!!!!! She is kind and I was comfortable-she allowed me to relax and enjoy my time . She was very knowledgeable in skin care and even switched my facial to something more for my skin. I appreciated that. Valley Dermatology is such a welcoming environment. All the girls are wonderful there.
I had two treatments at this office. During my last treatment around two years ago I questioned the front desk lady about the cost of the treatment as the cost went up on my second treatment. Once I asked the office manger showed up with the grumpiest face and the worst attitude ever refusing to admit that the cost went up even after checking my chart. I paid as they asked eventually. Since then I’ve been struggling to schedule an appointment and every time I call they requested to pay the full amount before getting the services, which is around $600 . Last month I called again to schedule an appointment but day before my appointment the office called and canceled my appointment while telling me that I got discharged cuz I no showed to one of my appointments, which is NEVER happened !!!! That insured me that they refused seeing me just because I questioned the cost. I have the right to question the cost if I’m getting less than thirty min treatment that would cost more than $500. Customer service at this office is awful. Just questioning the cost of my treatment, that I paid as they wanted, made them show their real face!!! Make yourself a favor and seek another office for treatment.
