I had this pleasure to meet Dr. Smith while I took my mom to his clinic. He is an honest and knowledgeable Dr, a nice and faithful gentleman. He cares about his patients in a whole and cooperate with them in his best. His understanding is appreciated. Beside that, we really enjoyed the clinic staff, Megan and Med Assistants. Appointments are completely on-time and thankfully we didn’t need to wait in the room like some other offices. Dr. Smith comes to visit my mom in few min. A great experience and highly recommended! We have been in their clinic several times and still go there.

Today I went and saw the PA Elizabeth Jacobsen for a couple long running skin issues. Her and her MA were wonderful. They got me back right away and I was done in about 10 minutes. We all know a wait at the doctors office is likely and it’s always a pleasant surprise when there isn’t one! She was able to explain everything to me in a way I could explain and cover all my issues in one visit. Go see Elizabeth, you will get compassionate and satisfying care!

Really, there was no need to wait so long for treatment. Elizabeth Jacobsen is smart, experienced and compassionate. I highly recommend her.

This is a great center. They are very helpful with any questions I may have. My father had skin cancer so I am very aware of the importance of yearly checkups.
Made an appointment 6 months in advance, then I am told by a friend that the person I had the appointment with is leaving the clinic, and she learned this by a Facebook post, that was posted 5 weeks ago. I took vacation for this appointment, made arrangements that can not be undone as the planning started 6 months ago. I called the clinic and was given this methodical apology, then told that it was the providers choice to leave. All this doesn’t explain why they didn’t have the courtesy to call and let me know, as the provider made the announcement that she was leaving 5 weeks prior to my call. Super unprofessional.
Firstly, the location for this business is listed incorrectly. When getting lost trying to find their location I called and no one answered their phones. I found their location, went into their office and then was directed to the second floor. There where 5 people ahead of me in the office waiting (at this point it was 7 minutes past my appointment time. Once I was called the receptionist let me know that I was now 15 minutes late and would have to reschedule for two weeks out. After getting lost, not answering their phones, being understaffed at their front desk and then being told I would have to come back in two weeks is ridiculous. This is not a good experience. I will not, as a new patient, spend my $$ with a business that treats is patients as in inconvenience rather than treating them as a appreciated customer. This is a shame as I spend in the thousands on beauty and dermatology services annually. Do not waste your time here, there are much better dermatology offices in CDA and spokane.
I went in all the way from tri cities (about 2 hours away) to get my lips done with Lisa. She did an amazing job. She listened to what I was looking to add to my lips and did a very good job at taking her time to make sure my lips looked symmetrical. The process was pretty close to painless and I’m loving my lips! 10/10 would recommend her for injectables.
Went to Valley Derm for a Cancer Screening clinic and they suggested a biopsy for a spot. Dr. Jacobsen did a great job at explaining it without scaring me. In addition her staff is really nice and helps makes you feel comfortable.
Elizabeth got me in right away. She was very pleasant and did my biopsy and I felt no pain. Very sweet doctor. Highly recommend her
