I’ve been going to Valley Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center for a few years! They have great facial options (Farah Webster!) and products as well! I highly recommend going here for a check up or a “treat yourself” service.

If you value your face, time, and sanity chose a different dermatologist. I suggest Advanced dermatology. Same area and care that makes this place seem like a sadistic joke. Today I have to go to urgent care to get back on what he took me off of (5 months ago with nothing besides metrocream to replace it despite it getting much worse WHICH HE SAW AND COMMENTED ON IN MY LAST APPOINTMENT) because my issue had become so severe. Got home from going to urgent care and saw the new medication he was going to try after waiting 5 months for metrocream to work…after I said multiple times it didn’t (it just didn’t burn when I put it on) to a refusal from my insurance because (their words) my provider needs to send chart notes of why I need this. Folks, he didn’t even send the reason why he was prescribing the new cream to insurance…isn’t that like KIND OF BASIC CARE?! Unfortunately, during this time I was on Apple Health so most people stuck with him have to go for a referral because they have no other option. (I found out this was incorrect you CAN talk with your doctor that referred you and get referred to another place, which I have done until my insurance changes in next month!) However, if you have money and choices DO NOT chose here. Thank GOD my insurance is changing with my new job (that I had to start with a raised, itchy, burning, rashed out face, with huge patches around my nose and mouth and a forehead that had irregular hives looking bumps) and I can return to a reputable and successful dermatologist. Don’t wait five months to realize this place is ridiculous, just ask for a different referral.
Dr. Smith has transformed my skin after two years of wearing a mask couldn’t be thankful for him!! Jackie did my first Botox injection has week and it has made such a huge difference! I shall be back for more . Thank you both and your staff for all you guys do !!

Very pleasant folks. I was in and out pretty quick, and they had some cosmetic suggestions (not volunteered–I asked for the information) that I’m going to follow up on.

Paul has helped me clear my skin and get my confidence back. His team is amazing! They have helped me with creams that were too expensive to be able to afford them. They also have been understanding when bringing my kids with me, as a single mother is can be hard to find a sitter. Will not go anywhere else. Thank you!
