……..was attended to with very short waiting period. All front staff was happy & courteous, attentive & respectful to client/patients……Dr. that saw me/sorry, don’t remember his name…..I was taken care of so quickly……but I really appriciate his manner…..he actually remembered me from another visit from, at least 14 years ago!!!! There’s a rare & caring Doctor!🇺🇸……thankyou

Surgeons skills speak for themselves but the medical staff are the true stars. Really easy and excellent to work with.
The initial visit was somewhat like a used car sales man. The Doctor was trying to get me to go for the Mohs procedure which was 2000.00 I was scheduled for the extraction procedure 400.00. The spot was no bigger than a pea. And the Mohs they can look at bits under the microscope when the Dr cuts it out but with the cheaper procedure they can’t do that they have to send it out. I had the extraction procedure done 12 stiches.(due to insurance and affordability)
The aftercare instructions are basic standard generic which should be personalized. Went back two weeks later for the stiches removal…the next morning the incision opened up and bleed. Called that morning which was on a Friday and the recording stated the office wasn’t open on Fridays. I did receive a call back..I live an hour away from the Valley office… the doctor was in but only til noon. My options were take a picture and email it so the Dr can peek at it…or come in for an appointment which was in an hour. I then called my regular Dr spoke to the triage nurse got valuable information that I should have received from the aftercare instructions and could of went there to have the stitches removed.
The medical profession is being ran more and more like a business now a days the only difference is you cannot get refund like other business.
I’m very disappointed. And now there will be a scare to remind me of this fiasco. I’m grateful I had the cheaper procedure done at least I’m not out a whole lot of money.
Great Team from the moment you walk in to all the way thru the procedure.
The wait to see the Doctor was short which was good. But once the doctor came in I felt like she was in a rush to get me in and out. It was like she did not want to spend the time to make sure I was taken care of. She seemed unwilling to treat me I felt like I had to pry an answer to my question out of her. And gave no instruction on how to use the medicine she was suggesting I use. I will not go back.
Snow had fallen so went a little early to be safe and maybe someone didn’t show up. App. was early and quick. I guess that I looked great to them. Great people.
Dr. Cvancara and Dexter were great to have as a team! They kept the mood humorous and low stress for whole procedure…thanks very much!

Providers were great. Receptionist told several patients they aren’t forcing masks. Even with masks required sign on door.
