It is a very clean, organized clinic, and the staff is very conscientious. My Doctor is very prompt and thorough. It is usually very difficult to make appointments that are not very long off in the future though.
They are the best in the Spokane area.
My care was being referred to Advanced Dermatology from my doctor in Clarkston. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard from them. I tried to call, but there is no direct way to speak to someone or leave a message through their answering tree. There is also no place on their website to leave a message for contact. I would really like to have my cancer dealt with so I can get on with my life. Any recommendations for skincare professionals who will respond in a timely manner? As an update to my review, Advanced Dermatology was quick to get back to me and work with me to get my care scheduled. Whether it was my phone or their systems, they worked very hard to get me scheduled and cared for. In the office they were thoughtful and caring. Dr. Sears and his assistants were personable and professional. They were very busy the day of my surgery but always took the time to explain what was going on how they were proceeding with my procedure. Now if it didn’t itch so much, not that there’s a lot that can be done about that. I hope that I never have to go through this type of surgery again, but I would highly recommend Dr Sears and the staff at Advanced Dermatology.
Dr Wilks answered all my questions and did a thorough skin cancer check. No complaints at all.
