  • My husband and I were engaged here, and so we always love coming back for an overnight stay, or just a dinner or brunch. We are always so impressed with the staff here, and they really go above and beyond to make your stay special. They pay attention to the small things (like rose petals on the table for an anniversary and a champagne toast), or a note in your room. We’ve almost always had a great meal, but the one time we had a meal that was a miss, they quickly fixed it and made up for it tenfold.

  • I didn’t sleep a wink. Bedding is lacking and starched. Hallways permeated with spa treatment perfumes. No continental breakfast. Food as a whole is laughable, boring if you are an amateur chef yourself, and big prices. They don’t want to have anything to do with Twin Peaks, so don’t expect an experience if that is your mission.
The stay is over priced as a whole ($500+ a night, plus a tax for even breathing). It is a great location and fun to claim you stayed in the Twin Peaks lodge, but that’s it. I have had much better experiences at Best Westerns and Hampton Inns.
    Do not recommend.

  • We chose Salish Lodge Cliffside Room for our intimate wedding and could have not been more impressed with how the event was executed! Thank you to the whole staff for making our day so special!

  • Very fine dining, great views. Excellent food

  • Had lunch at Lodge. Great views and good food.

  • An amazing spa. Will definitely be coming back

  • My husband gifted a spa experience for Mother’s Day. The staff was kind, but the treatment was not worth the cost that was charged. I came in for a massage and for a hand and foot treatment. While the masseuse was very kind, the quality of the massage was not at the level expected for the cost of $250. For a service that is charged by minutes, there was gaps in time that she left the table, the massage was not equal on sides, and the draping was inconsistent and did not provide the feeling of privacy. The aesthetician for my hand and foot treatment was amazing and had stellar service. My one-star review comes from the follow up to my visit. Apart from wanting to share the feedback of my massage, I wanted to let the spa know that the experience was tainted. The receptionist could not find robes and slippers at arrival, the trash were overflowing, there was garbage in communal locker room and waiting areas. I understand that it was busy for being Mother’s Day, but for the cost, I would expect the same superior spa environment that I’ve seen at the Venetian in Las Vegas or the Ritz-Carlton or Hilton Hawaiian Village in Hawaii even on a busy day. There was an automatic survey sent by email, but the link did not work. I sent an email sharing my experience and did not receive any response or acknowledgment. I followed up by email again asking for acknowledgment, but did not receive a response. I had received another automatic survey email. The link worked, so I shared my experience and did not get a response there either. For a place of business that is based on hospitality, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of customer care. I do not habitually negatively review on Google, but I honestly am unsettled that my husband spent over $500 for this spa day and overall cost did not reflect the quality of service.

  • Spent 2 nights at the lodge on Memorial Day weekend.

First impression: First thing you notice is due to construction it is pretty crazy driving in. Fortunately staying at the Lodge grants you complimentary Valet parking so that helps. We checked in and they got us in our room an hour early so that was nice. Went out on the falls hike, which is really just a pretty easy walk. It is super crowded on that path but you would expect it to be. The grounds are very nice.

Room: The room is just fine, what you would expect at a decent hotel. Just maybe not 4-star lodge level. The bathroom is nothing fancy, a decent shower. They have a kind of sad gas fireplace in the room. The cleaning service misses some areas, especially mirrors and glass. Lots of trash gets left behind too. Their bath robes in the room are disappointingly less lush than the ones you would get at the actual spa. We have a riverview room. The balcony is really sad and small with pretty uncomfortable furniture and I don’t think they go out there to clean. There is all kinds of overgrowth and stuff so the view really ends up being mostly obstructed. Save money with the regular rooms.

Dining: The room service menu ends up being inaccurate because The Attic (one of their two restaurants) will just close without notice apparently. First night we tried for dinner in the room but were told they were serving a shortened menu then waited an hour for just the menu to come to our room, having to call for it multiple times. For dinner we got a salty burger and some unseasoned risotto. But I’ll review the restaurant more in their area. The Attic we ended up having lunch at on day two. It was amazing and we instantly regretted spending any time with The Dining room. We had The Dining Room room service dinner and breakfast, both being about a 2/5 I would say, maybe 3/5 for breakfast. We also ate a dinner there and an in-person breakfast, both probably 2/5. It is really below expectations. The Attic was greatly, friendly atmosphere. If you aren’t sure save your time and money and eat there.

Staff: The staff is fairly nice. I found the valet to be pretty discourteous, albeit efficient. You get a lot of “we might be able to.” But not a lot of “yes sir,” and the kind of manners you expect at a high end place. Of course you can only do what you do, but there is still plenty of room for professionalism in a negative or uncertain answer. The text service they do is very nice and very fast, it was good to have.

Spa: we had a couples massage in the cascade room. It was great. Our masseuses were very nice, friendly, and great at their work. The place was comfortable for sure. They do push add-ons a little heavy. Everyone asks you 2-3 times, which takes a bit away from the stress relief. Other than that, it’s a very good massage.

Overall thoughts: I probably would not stay here again. Willows Lodge and the Inn at Langley are far superior in my opinion. I wouldn’t say it’s horrible, just not worth 500-800 a night. The room is fine, dining is below average, the staff are adequate, but the spa is very nice. If you want a good stay close to Snoqualmie just stay at Willows Lodge and drive up.

  • Edited

Haven’t stayed in the rooms yet.

But I have visited the lodge on multiple occasions and have enjoyed the restaurant, the honey from heaven and the ambiance.

Our most recent trip was a little lacking on service quality, but I’m gling to chalk it up to being off time hours (between service).

    Will certainly be back.

    Went back!

Stayed in a king suite and visited the spa and had a massage. All of the staff were extremely happy and helpful. Treat yourself.

  • Lovely hotel, great food, lots of fun stuff around to do. Had a nice stay for my 40th.

  • Such an amazing experience. Restaurant is the best I have ever been. Great food great experience and awesome staff. Rooms are remarkable. I was a carpenter for 20 years and I can say that the craftsmanship is well thought out and beautiful. Will be back for sure.

  • Went here for a wedding. The free parking is an absolute nightmare merry-go-round but there’s more across the street. The catering for our event was amazing and everything went very smoothly. Beautiful views of the Falls at any of the observation decks, but the farthest one is the best.

  • Beautiful location! Food was presented nicely. The atmosphere was great! The only downside was that the food was a little shy on flavor, but it was still good.

  • A beautiful place for a nice meal and a little toot wandering around the falls. Try to sit beside the window, but also make sure you walk outside afterwards. That’s where the real view resides. Good food – maybe portions were a little largish for lunch, but all good.

  • I loved the attention and I loved being pampered once in a while.
