Definition of luxury experience! Not only is the property and everyone on it incredible, but you can tell that the company’s mission is to serve and take care of their guests. Would recommend 10 times out of 10 to anyone!!!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting a private spa with a swimming pool, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The spa was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I stepped inside.
The highlight of the spa was undoubtedly the private swimming pool. The pool was of a decent size and the water was crystal clear. I enjoyed swimming around and just relaxing in the water, away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.
The sauna and steam rooms were also fantastic. They were both spacious, well-lit, and incredibly clean. The heat in both rooms was perfect, and I could feel the tension melting away from my body as I soaked in the steam. The sauna and steam rooms were undoubtedly one of the best parts of my spa experience.
The service at the spa was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The staff was always on hand to answer any questions I had and ensured that my spa experience was as relaxing as possible.
Overall, I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The private swimming pool, clean facilities, and enjoyable sauna and steam rooms make this spa an excellent choice for anyone seeking a little bit of relaxation and pampering.
I dint stay there I visited the falls and my God what a view
Went for brunch on a Saturday & absolutely loved our time here! We got pancakes, French toast, potatoes, bacon and coffee (as well as biscuits with their “honey from heaven”). They definitely go the extra mile to make the experience comfortable and indulgent. We especially loved their coffee set-up, which includes a little selection of whipped cream & chocolate shavings (among other add-in’s). Wonderful views & overall a great place for a nice brunch. 🙂
Great mini getaway. Highly recommend
Just amazing. Probably the cleanest, best maintained hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The spa was luxurious and relaxing. The restaurant prepared delicious food with an excellent presentation. This was well worth the money.
I want to go to Twin Peaks 😌
Hotel sourcing for a major US based soft drink company is my day to day and doing site visits and bookings domestically and internationally for their events is what I do best so I’m a bit disappointed with my stay here.
The pros: The sleeping rooms themselves are beautifully appointed. The tub was MASSIVE, two grown adults fit perfectly in it, but wish it had jets in it for the size it was. The gas fireplace in the room was a nice touch and really warmed the room up well. All the staff is really friendly and the gift shop is well packed with great items. Only had time to eat at the Attic and definitely recommend eating there!
Cons: Online inventory of rooms should be updated in real time so when I checked in and mentioned that, I shouldn’t be told to call for availability on top of checking your website. When I went on the website to book, it said they were sold out on our dates so went on a third party site and booked it through there instead.
Reserved a ground floor premier deluxe room. The room came with a shower, tub and a patio with a fireplace as promised but I won’t be booking that ever again if I ever have to stay here again.
When a hotel calls themselves luxury, that’s what I expect.. That was not the case here.
Reason I wouldn’t book this room category of room again:
1. No where in the booking contract does it state you can’t operate the outdoor patio firepit on your own, when you want to. It all gets shut down by 10pm and their staff has to turn it on for you as well.
2. No privacy by the patio: Random people walk the pathway by your patio and there is no privacy so you can’t even keep your curtains open for natural light!
3. Our room stated we would have views of the fall. False advertising completely. We saw nothing and our view was of the hydro plant towers. But we think we heard what was the sound of rushing water somewhere.
4. At almost $600 a night, and we were here for 4 nights, I did not expect to be told I have to be upcharged to use the sauna and amenities in their club268 space during my stay.
5. Before booking my assistant called and said we were here for an anniversary and birthday… We were greeted with a small bag of Salish branded popcorn and a note… Really Salish?! Not even a small bottle of bubbly or wine to celebrate. Totally fail here.
6. Room service was really odd. Ordered from the Attic one evening, none of the food was covered nor wrapped nor sealed! Only thing covered were the utensils because they were pre wrapped in linen napkins. No condiments nor water were offered as well. Since no table came with the room service we had to sit the tray on their tiny, albeit beautiful wood topped, super unstable coffee table. Just a very odd experience.
At this point Salish would be very low on my recommended list of spaces for my clients.
Absolutely stunning. A must-see location with amazing hotel and spa next door!
Had an amazing facial with lead esthetician Nicole! A relaxing, enjoyable, experience. Thank you so much Salish, we will be back next month for massages!
Okay, so normally I would reserve 5’s for a heavenly gate experience, so here it is.
I’ve never been greeted with such excitement, pose and etiquette. Cali, Alan, Janette and so many others have made our stay, the 5 star treatment of a lifetime. Please do not travel on the 90 without stopping in, eating, or an overnight without staying at Salish Resort. Every penny is worth it. I cannot give enough atta boy’s. Thank you for making a family memory come true.
This review is specifically for the dining room restaurant on the ground floor. Our party of 7 arrived at the restaurant for lunch at 215pm. The restaurant had some guests eating, but was not very busy. We asked the hostess to be seated. She typed a few things on her computer, and after 10 seconds or so, said that she was told they weren’t seating anyone else. They close at 3 pm, btw. So, to recap, our party arrives 45 minutes before closing, and, they pretty much just didn’t want to have to actually work. I’d get it if we had arrived 5 minutes before closing time, but 45min? Especially for lunch. It’s not like we’re having a 7 course meal here.
Almost everything about this place is perfect — the staff are amazing, so helpful and kind. (Shout out to Patrick for making our stay special!) The porters are great, restaurant staff are great (shout out to Jessica!).
There’s only one failing, and it’s a big one unfortunately — everything in the restaurant is way overpriced. Some of the dishes are *delicious*, some are just average, and all are overpriced. The spa is flawless but also overpriced.
So if you have some extra money to burn, don’t hesitate, this place is 9 stars out of 10 for sure. And 10/10 for location of course.
I went to see the falls and decided to have lunch at the dining room. I had quite a few servers walk by without anyone saying anything to me. My server was very kind however and service once I ordered was fast. The biscuit was delicious with apricot jam and honey. The clam chowder was to die for! And the creme brulee was perfectly toasted!
