Best family ❤️ birthday lunch ever. 🎂 💜 Great service and fun. 😊
The lodge and room itself was amazing. The customer care at the lodge itself was amazing.
Now to get into the spa was a disaster from the beginning. Scheduled spa package 2 months in advance get a call 1 month before asking if I was going to be there for the spa. They scheduled me 1 month early. We rescheduled for the correct date with couples massage and waterfall pool. Go to check in for spa and pool was told they didn’t reserve the pool on accident. When checking out after massages they tried billing for hot stone upgrade which was not used.
I would rate the spa customer service a 1 star.
Room was clean and tidy. The customer service from the lodge was by far best ever.
Our children reserved a full body massage for my wife and I. My wife got a full body massage but she said it was ok not worth the money. All I got was my shoulder and my back rubbed for the hours. I feel like my skin behind my back are burnt due to the rubbing. To me, it’s not a massage. A $40.00 massage at the mail is a lot better than this. I am not sure what kind of service everyone got but for me, not worth the money and the 18% tip we paid. I wouldn’t paid the 18% tip but we didn’t had a choice.
This place was very relaxing. I suggest the 4th floor. Many views are of the river but only the Suites will give you waterfall view.
Book in advance.
Loved spoiling myself for my birthday here!! Free alcohol at check in counter! Free refills!
Good food. Nothing in the way of entertainment. Beautiful views. If you’re into photography then you can capture some awesome, breath-taking views. If you’re a busy body like myself, an hours visit is enough for you.
Had a wonderful time for my wife and my Anniversary! Food is amazing and it’s close to the Snoqualmie Casino! If you have a chance…get the 5 coarse breakfast!
Got a massage, and it was a relaxing, peaceful experience. Would really recommend to others, and my second time I ended up bringing my best friend who enjoyed her deep tissue massage
Un excelente lugar para caminar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza
Super clean and pretty view
Amazing experience, every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time possible. Can’t wait to stay again!
I would love to stay here one day but I’m a poor. It’s gorgeous!
The restaurant here is amazing. Food and service both hit the mark…..great experience!
