Wasted my time. Waited until I was going to confirm my appointment to tell me they have a “children policy” meaning I cannot bring my toddler with me who sits quietly in his small umbrella stroller. I just moved here which means there’s no one else to watch him while I get my hair done. Glad to see they treat military members so well.
Hands down best salon in town. I used to visit this area a lot when I had family stationed here. We always like to do a girls day and get pampered and dolled up for a girls night. We had previously tried other salons in the area and were disappointed. After a search we found this place and it lives up to the reviews. Great personable staff really make the visit. The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. You can come as a group and it isn’t a problem. We made this our go to for girls days.
The service here was awesome. Sent my wife and myself in for massage therapy due to an injury and they were fantastic and fairly priced. Definitely will go back.
I went there a couple of months ago, and they changed my life! The masseuse really knew what she was doing, she got rid of all the tension I had, and took care of all the knots I had on my back. The facial, and exfoliation were great, I left the place with super soft and radiant skin! Thank you so much for a great experience! Worth every penny!!
I read the reviews and heard Isella’s esthetician did amazing facials. I was excited to go to Isella when we were visiting Bremerton to get a facial for my birthday. I made my appointment, they wrote it down and I thought I was set. I showed up for my appointment and it somehow got moved to over a week later. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of notice about the change and that it was treated like it wasn’t really a big deal. I am recommending to all of my friends in the Kitsap County area to not go to Isella. I don’t care how great the spa treatment is, if the customer service is subpar they will not get my business or recommendation.
I thought that my first bikini wax ever would be a nightmarish event that I would want to soon forget. Not the case! The staff was great, the ambiance was nice, and the services are reasonably priced. The staff is clearly experienced in their craft. Once you walk in you know that you are good hands!
