Karen is THE BEST: she has such a vast knowledge and skill with various cosmetic procedures. Her personality is infectious and she delivers EVERY TIME: she puts safety and education before all. She goes in detail with her treatment plans and isn’t pushy! Admire medical aesthetics will not disappoint. I recommended them to EVERYONE!
I started going to Admire about 2 years ago. I didn’t quite know what I was looking for, I just knew that my skin was aging rapidly due to extreme stress (survived brain aneurysms, diagnosed with cancer, gave birth to my 4th child, started my masters program, then Covid hit…) and that I needed help. With the on-going support of the staff (I think at this point I’ve had something done by all of them) and a multi-faceted approach to addressing my unique underlying skin issues, I can easily say I not only look my age now, but a few years younger. They always work within my budget and never ever pressure me for more than I can afford while providing the best service I’ve ever had from any company I’ve ever had.
I don’t know why I didn’t hear of this place sooner. Karen, and her team are absolutely wonderful. They really go the extra mile to ensure the customer’s experience is nothing, but the best. They take time to answer any questions you have. You can tell they’re genuinely invested in the needs of the client. If you come in wanting to get a procedure done.They will tell you whether, or not you’re a good candidate for it. I really appreciate that, because there are a lot of places that will just say yes to a clients request ,regardless of whether they need it ,leading to not so desirable results. Those places are only in it for the money, but not Admire Medical Aesthetics. You are in good hands with them.
I’ve come here for four or five different procedures and have to say everyone is so nice. Easy to talk to, very personable, and makes it easier whenever trying something new. Always a great experience, AND result. A big THANK YOU to everyone at Admire.

Karen and staff are just amazing! For the girls that had never done it before; staff went above and beyond to meet their comfort needs. Nothing like a relaxing day of beauty!! Totally recommend getting a group together and hosting a party!!!
These ladies take extra care in making sure your comfortable with the procedure you’re having. Morgan did an outstanding job with my lip blush and the touch-up. She is thorough and makes sure your not feeling any pain. She is did my brow shading and it is incredible! They weren’t bad before, but now they are so much fuller-looking, darker-looking and finally shaped in a way that make my eyes pop.
These gals are First Class Professionals!
I have been getting Botox and fillers for years. This is the best experience I have ever had and Amanda was the best. She took her time to make sure I would e happy.
Absolutely amazing establishment!!! I have had a lash lift and tint, lip filler, Botox for TMJ pain, and iv hydration. Every time I have been to Admire I am treated like royalty! These Nurses are true experts in their field. I don’t typically write reviews, but I had to give them a shout out for the wonderful work they do!!! :). Thank you all so much!
UPDATE (Dec’21): Prices have increased significantly since my last visit.
I understand business growth — &I wanted to support this small business on my upcoming trip, but at the price I was quoted, it’s no longer practical if I can get the same treatments at a much lower cost from my plastic surgeon.
I’m sad to say that I won’t be a patient here any longer.

As a former Patient Care Coordinator & Assistant Director of a MedSpa in Portland, OR, I can say with confidence that Ms. Karen is a fantastic injector! She is very kind, gentle and handles my anxiety well! (I can be an annoying patient when I’m not in control – oops! lol)
Any time I visit from Atlanta, I try to schedule a touch up, because Ms. Karen is just as good as the Plastic Surgeons that I’ve been too, if not better… and she’s not up-charging an arm and a leg – huge plus!!!
*** HINT: Surgeons often charge more regardless of their injection skills – but be sure to read reviews before going to ANY injector, because horror stories come from lack of knowledge of the facial anatomy (nerves, arteries, etc.) and product knowledge (fillers, etc.) ***
Luckily, I know the difference between a good quality medspa injector vs. a “chop-shop”. This is a great addition to Silverdale – always my go to and where I refer all of my friends too. 🙂
This place is so cute and the staff are amazing! When you first walk in you notice the beautiful decor and cozy ambiance. Today i got a facial with Jennifer and it was hands down, the best facial I’ve ever had. It was so relaxing, the scents were wonderful, the face massage was perfect and now my skin is glowing! I will definitely be going back to this place.
I could not be happier with my services at Admire. With skilfully placed botox, I now have arches to my eyebrows again. My forehead is smooth, I look rejuvenated. And my lips are perfectly plumped. Unlike the times in past when I’ve had my lips done, they are perfectly balanced. No need to go back in for a little more filler here or there. 1000% happy with staff, cleanliness and results!
This was my first time getting Botox to fix my Resting Witch Face (in the spirit of Halloween) lol. This is an amazing team who takes no short cuts anywhere! Professional, clean, quality products and treats you like family! They knew it was my first time getting work done and I had no idea on where to start with questions. They shared common questions patients have asked before and answered them for me! They made me feel right at ease and I was in great hands! I was worried about needles near my face, little did I know they use top of the line tools to make sure they are safe while making you beautiful! Kept making sure I was doing okay. The whole experience was amazing! Not to mention they made sure I received a discount, and I also bought an amazing take home foot peal!! Great staff, prices and products! What more could a gal ask for?! (Also had no hidden fees and gave you price before proceeding, I appreciated that).
Karen and her team were so awesome and so knowledgeable! The office is very clean, very cute, and they carry the best products! Karen is also very light on her hands with injectables! I was very comfortable and felt no pain with my lip filler and botox.
I had such a nice experience at Admire! Karen and her staff were highly professional and very fun to chat with. I got a micro-needling service from Lauren H and she made my skin feel and look absolutely amazing. I have already made another appointment! I highly recommend to everyone!!
I can’t say enough about Karen and her team! I have had micro needling with plasma and botox. Karen is the best injector I have had! The procedures were painless and the results were amazing! I wouldn’t go any where else!!

I love Karen and her whole team! I can’t recommend this place enough. I have been seeing Karen for Botox and fillers for a few years and have always loved the results. Always very natural looking. For my 50th birthday gift to myself I decided to try PDO threads. I am absolutely ecstatic about the results! A perfect, natural looking lift. Their safety protocols and patient care are 2nd to none! I am beyond pleased with my first experience today with Admire! Every staff member I encountered was very warm and welcoming, and I was impressed with the wealth of skill and knowledge Karen has in facial asthetics. I ended up booking an appointment for fillers (threads hopefully very soon as well), but had a little botox done today. The placement is impeccable, and even though it’s a small amount of botox I am seeing a huge improvement already. If you are considering a consult my advice is to do it! You won’t regret it.
