1st of many visits for Iv Therapy. Clean, punctual, and great personality.
I overheard the staff working through a “Karen” issue while there and the managers way of taking care of it, secured my spot as a lifetime customer.
(Psssst: the customer is NOT always right, and it’s perfectly OK to ask them to not be a customer again!)
I’m a patient for life!! I feel very confident in Kelly’s approach to my various skin issues. I’m excited about the plan she’s laid out for me – and I can’t wait for my next appointment and the continued improvement! I love her explanation that it’s all about changing the way light hits your face – a very sensible approach to cosmetic procedures. She has an artistic eye (which is important for this line of work!!) and my results have been very natural. I’m happy that I no longer need to travel to Seattle for treatments!!! Yay!
Kelly was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions before, during and after treatment. She gives you honest opinion on what treatments will best address your problem areas without pushing a bunch of extras. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

NW Beauty is a big city gem in our small town! I used to drive over two hours to get comparable esthetic services available right here on 5th street in Sequim. You will genuinely love Kelly and her staff. The office is quite private and clients are treated to friendly personal attention. The skin care products and services offered are top notch as well. Kelly has never tried to up sell me, listening to what I want and answering all of my questions fully. Over time I have grown to trust her and her skills completely. You’ll be glad to know that prices here are very competitive too. I couldn’t be happier!
The spa is clean and has a relaxing and uplifting aesthetic. I had PDO threads placed in the cheek area for long term collagen stimulation and also received an immediate lifting effect.
Kelly was very approachable and has a calming personality. I felt comfortable asking questions before, during, and after the procedure. In less than an hour she took years off my face. I’m very happy with the results after one day seeing the preview of the finished product. I feel beautiful!

Kelly & her staff are exactly what I needed to calm my nerves over my first lip appointment. The spa itself is serene & super comforting. I was greeted & checked in by the lovely Kayla & once I was taken back for my appt Kelly walked me through each step of the process making sure I was comfortable. The procedure was next to painless & I loved the ending result! Will definitely be coming back!
Kelly Mann and her assistant, Kalah, do a fabulous job! They provide outstanding customer service and are top notch professionals. This was my first experience in getting any facial work done and was made to feel very at ease.
I LOVE the results of the Sculptra injections and my lip filler. The Sculptra results will continue to get better over the next few months, which is exciting since I am already amazed at the results! The lips didn’t hurt because Kelly gives dental block injections first. The Sculptra is painless as well. You feel a small pinch on the first couple of pokes but that is it.
