Worth every penny
I scheduled an appointment at Wells Medical Arts for tattoo removal in July. My experience the first time was great, the tattoo removal process was easy with minimal swelling/pain. However, I scheduled an appointment for my second session 10 weeks out and suddenly they had to reschedule me for whatever reason. I finally got ahold of them to make another appointment, a month from my previous one. Then I got a phone call from them with no voicemail. I called the day of what I thought was my appointment day, and they rudely said I had missed it the week prior. I’d never gotten any call or email before my appointment date. I’m a very organized, busy person and I know I had the date/time correct. I was treated rudely over the phone and at my appointment, even though I’d already paid months ago in advance for my removal. The removal process felt rushed and the technician wasn’t friendly this time at all. This place is disorganized, judgemental and unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone going for tattoo removal. Take your money elsewhere.
Domonique is amazing. She does the best injections! She is personable, friendly and kind. She is the best.

Dominique did my botox with amazing results. She listened to me, turned me onto a really great serum (honestly I just want to bathe in this stuff), and did a wonderful job. No bruising, no bleeding. She gave me some really great product education. While she “sold me” on the serum, she wasn’t sales pitchy and explained other products and the best ways to use them. I’m really grateful for the product education — I’m now seeing better results and rapid improvement in my facial texture and radiance. Thanks Dominique!

Dominique was so helpful and not pushy. This was my first experience with Botox. I was also given a mini-lesson on face care, addressing the issues concerning me, at no extra cost. Dominique is intelligent, caring and obviously loves her job. She found out I was starting a small business and gave me a bunch of resources on how to go about doing so. That’s what I call women helping women! And the treatment was successful, very natural 🙂

Dominique, who looks like someone in her mid 40’s who could pass for 36 is very efficient, smart, and interesting. Her support staff is patient and helpful. Referred by a nurse friend with good reason. As an RN myself, who performs sedation for procedures, I can appreciate someone who is considerate, gentle, and very good at explaining all the nuances and aspects of both the product and the procedure. I was impressed with how well she keeps up with the ongoing changes in aesthetics. She has extensive anatomical knowledge. This is one of few people I would trust by face with. Highly recommend.

I moved to Seattle about 3 years ago and have had a couple Botox providers before I found my way to Well Medical Arts. Besides my usual Botox regimen, I’ve had a series of chemical peels and just finished my second BBL treatment for rosacea and general aging spots. The difference is so remarkable many of my friends have been asking what I’ve been doing to my skin.
Look, I try to take care of myself, but like a lot of guys I probably don’t follow all the rules of good skin care as strictly as I should. The team at Well’s is a great partner to support you in your goals, whatever they may be. I regularly recommend them to friends and the occasional stranger who asks that why my 44 year old face is holding up so well.
