I’ve been going to Dominique for years. She is super knowledgeable, very intelligent in this field and always stays current in the newest products and techniques. I trust her with my face and will continue to. I do Botox maintenance and filler from time to time and travel to west Seattle to do so. I constantly am told I don’t look my age and I know a majority of that is thanks to her!
I’m very unhappy with my tattoo removal. I paid a lot of money to have very small tattoos removed.. 3 treatments later they are still highly visible. . I was told 3 treatments would finish the job. Not even close now they want more money
Dominique is amazing! I’ve been doing Botox for about a year & referred multiple people and everyone loves her. She’s honest, caring and won’t push anything on you. She genuinely cares about you, what you’re looking for and your budget. I’m always so happy with the outcome of my Botox!
Heidi was wonderful. I was a little nervous about having my tattoos removed. Heidi was kind and attentive and put me at ease. The service I received at Well Medical Arts was top notch. The prices were fair, the staff friendly, and the facility was clean and pleasant. I recommend them highly.

Very happy with Dominique’s treatment for my spouse as well as the awesome paperwork that Andrew put together for us for insurance re-imbursment.
Botched! Nice office friendly staff. Dominique did my tear troughs. I explained that my last experience elsewhere had been negative so she went deeper with the filler to negate that this time.
After my service I had a lump under each eye. I went this way for three weeks because they told me that it was swelling and that I should watch it for a another week. When I went back in the office I asked for a refund and Dominique said oh no I paid for that product. She continued by saying that she would do everything to ‘right’ this which included poking a needle into the raised pockets under my eyes to dissipate the filler. I had to go into the office two separate times for this very painful procedure.
Dominique‘s response was that “tear troughs are hard”. In an email she told me that I should get my cheeks done to help with my look. This would be more money and another procedure by well medical will never happen!
The final outcome is very unflattering. I have a raised portion and unsightly lines under my eyes. She will reply stating the education she gave me and the offer to ‘right’ it (she TRIED twice) but none of that fixes my botched face. I deserve a refund.
Update::: I originally gave this office a poor review. I am updating based on believing this was more about poor communication. I believe we all have bad days. Perhaps that is all that took place when I was not heard.
Hopefully I will be able to give this spa a five star after visiting it. Below is my original one star review as well as a response to the owners reply.

Etc. I had a lovely conversation with a gal and she informed me that I could have a free consultation with a lady named Heidi and that the consultation would last between 45-60 minutes. I called back a few days later hoping to make that appointment to learn what could be done to help my skin issues and got connected with a man I believe was called Andy Andy wanted all kinds of personal information to book the appointment including my credit card number etc. I hesitated. Nevertheless, I was about to give my credit card info when I thought I’d reaffirm that the consultation was free. So I again asked if the consultation was free. His reply was it depends on what you call a consultation. (His exact words) This is when I saw a red flag! Something is wrong here
Im hoping the lady I talked to earlier will see this. I would have been a potential customer but if there is a gray line on what is free and wanting my credit card info before any service is preformed … I say BEWARE!!!! So unfortunate!””

“Thank you for your reply, but the first person that I talked with is the one that brought up a consultation and then brought up that it was free a
AND told me that it was Heidi that would be doing it. So, shouldn’t have those facts alone shared with Andrew been enough to tell him what kind of consultation I was interested in? “
Staff were super funny and friendly. Lively decor. Heidi did my tattoo removal and she was fantastic. Will definitely be back for the rest of my tattoo removal journey. Highly recommend!

Dominique and her staff are top-notch. She really takes time to discuss procedures and get to know you and what you want. Plus, she’s gentle and encouraging.
Recently moved to the area and because of the reviews decided to try it out. I made an appointment for botox and lip fillers. During my consultation Dominique took her time listened to my concerns and gave me her honest opinion. She is by far the best at her job. I am in love with my lips. She gave me a perfect natural enhancement. I got botox in my forehead and she gave me a subtle brow lift. Great results!!! I cant stop looking at myself in the mirror 😁
The whole staff is professional and kind and knowledgeable. Dominique is a skilled artist and knows just what to do, no matter the problem. She looks at you and her work, both as a practitioner and a woman. I walked away looking at least five years younger.
I’m so happy with my experience getting injectable fillers with Dominique. I’ve had my lips done before with another practioner however my experience with Dominique was 90% less painful and I have much less post procedure swelling. I also feel like she listened to how I wanted to look more then the other practioner I had been to the first time I got my lips done. During this visit I also had my under eyes done and it was not painful at all. Dominique did a great job.
Dominque is amazing! It was my first time going to see someone other than my traditional dermatologist and she instantly made me feel comfortable. She spent an hour just talking through my skin concerns and options. Never tried to “sell me”, rather shared her wealth of knowledge about all of my options and was completely transparent when it came to pricing. Through our whole appointment, she was so warm and kind to me, I wish more doctors were like her! I have already set up two more appointments in the next few months and recommend her to everyone I talk to!
