I’m here for tattoo removal, and these guys make it as pleasant as it could be. I’m two sessions in and seeing progress! The sessions are painful, sure, but it’s very quick and the pain fades soon.
Everyone I’ve met there has been super chill and friendly. Pricing and all that was explained carefully up front, no tricks or gimmicks.

I get my lips done twice a year and decided I wanted to try to find someone local instead of driving all the way to Portland. I was very impressed with my results and experience as a whole going to the office in west Seattle. The DR was very sweet, professional, and informative. I highly recommend her! I will absolutely be returning 🙂 thank you!
I have gone to Dominque off and on for a few years. This is the first time I have been very disappointed. Botox to the forehead and crows feet. It either didn’t take in the way it had fomerly or was old product. I went back to West Seattle after 2 weeks according to protocol. To document what I looked like before and after the botox, her husband gave Dominque 2 photos: one in 2016 and the one from that day. Someone in that office always takes photos of the before so as to document progress with the application.. He said that the 2016 photo was all he could find. Dominque then asked me if I wanted more Botox. I told her no, I had already paid over $500 for 40 units. Obviously I am very unsatisfied her response andperhaps his manipulation. It looks like the office has become a mom and pop and perhaps there is a bit of greed going on. I did call them after I realized the photos shown were not appropriate for the number taken. He responded and left messages. I made the final call and haven’t heard anything back
I’m having a medium-sized tattoo removed. I’m only one treatment in, but it was a very good experience, and about as gentle as could be, under the circumstances.
Friendly, clean, quick, and easy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and non-judgmental. My procedure took me less than an hour. The staff had emailed the paperwork to me ahead of time which was wonderful and allowed me to prepare before going in. I would say the only con is that it’s hard to book on Saturdays. I booked in December for a February appointment and which the staff cancelled d/t illness. However, Andrew worked and the technician squeezed me in for the March Saturday which was awesome. I would definitely recommend.

Dominique is an artist! She sees what I cannot. Thats what I look for when getting injections! Corrections before beautification, thats what sets her apart from thr rest!

Well Medical Arts is multi-faceted and treats me for both medical and aesthetic reasons. I have written before about my gratitude to Dominique for her patient ongoing monitoring and tweaking that helps me achieve the best health possible. I very much appreciate the wholistic approach that she herself practices. I also have, with very happy results, been treated for non-medical reasons and feel that Dominique esthetics are patient-based, she listens carefully and gives you the results you are looking for. Two days ago I had the first of three micro-needling sessions. Even one day out I am thrilled with the results. Jessica’s attentive care made sure that I got the most for my money while not being too aggressive. I am now eager for the next two of this three part series.
