A great experience. Dominique is the best in her field. She did an excellent job of walking me thru the available fillers and educated me on realistic outcomes. I saw her this morning for Botox and have already referred her to two friends for Botox and fillers. After meeting her, I consider her an artist in her trade and defiantly won’t be trying any other less qualified injectors. If you want the best in Seattle, go to Dominique.
To early for me to tell the result but after resisting Botox for YEARS I decided to schedule a consultation with Dominque. She was real chill, down to earth and upfront regarding what she can and can’t do. It you have considered talking with some regarding your health and medical aesthetics in a non judgement low key setting, Wellness Medical Arts is a great option. Don’t wait years like I did.

She listened to what my needs were and explained fully and listed my choices. She truly cared about my whole picture :mind body and spirit! Dominique and her staff were fantastic. She took the time to explain with simple words what she was going to do. She made me feel comfortable with her vast knowledge and capacity to explain what she does. I openly recommend her to any one who is thinking about getting Botox.
A rewarding experience. I saw the difference the Juverdem XC in my cheek areas immediately. Staff were friendly and attentive. It was a drive from Olympia to Seattle on a rainy day but worth the time and effort.

Dominique and her staff are nothing short of amazing! Professional yet personable and not pushy at all. Dominique was very patience and extremely thorough in explaining the product and procedure. Her bedside manner was exceptional, and none of the highly rated aesthetic doctors I’ve seen in South Korea, Singapore and Thailand comes close. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back soon.
