This was my third trip to see Dominique and her staff at Well Medical Arts. I drive over 2 hours to see her and have already scheduled my next appointment. The office space is very clean and bright. The staff are welcoming, friendly and well versed in the products and services offered. Dominique is a seasoned injector and takes her time to get to know concerns, addressing each one in ways she can treat or prevent further aging. I appreciate the time she takes to explain the products she has in relationship to concerns and doesn’t feel like a sales woman. Thank you Dominique!

An unexpected, beautiful space in West Seattle that has a very un-West Seattle feel – upscale and modern but comfortable. All the staff were delightful. I’ve never had a health practitioner spend so much time with me discussing options and making me feel comfortable. Dominique is professional and warm, and as the name implies, an artist.

I have had Botox, Xeomin, and Radiesse filler at Well Medical Arts. I have been extremely satisfied with my results. The offices are very pleasant and impeccably clean. Everyone is professional and kind. Dominique Well is sweet but even better she is very competent and understands facial aesthetics. You will be 100% happy with her work.
UPDATE: A few months after I got the Radiesse filler, I decided I liked the results enough to get the much more permanent filler Artefil. I would not trust just anyone to inject such a long lasting product in my face. I love my results. Dominique really is the best.
Went one time for Botox, loved how she did it. Went back 6 or so months later and was up-sold Xeomin. Spent over $500.
It didn’t work. I waited to see if it would take effect. When it never worked I emailed Well and was told I was beyond the time to inform them that it did not work. (2 weeks late). So single mom, full time student, charging on a credit card, out of luck. Bought a Groupon for Botox (maybe Living Social) did not read the fine print that it was for first time customers. They would still take it, but only for face value. The original deal was for 20 units and only about 5 units at face value.(I think. I may have pitched in some money) I went in and reminded her of my issue with Xeomin. She didn’t bat an eye when she basically told me “too bad for you.” Again no offer of “hey, I’ll just honor the Groupon and give you the Groupon deal.
While she was shooting me with the measly 5 units the office lady stepped in and said a customer (said her first and last name) was stuck in traffic and asked Dominic if she could purchase the deal that was expiring that night over the phone and use it the next day.She and Dominic talked about it in front of me, then Dominic said no, She turned back to me and said “sometimes it’s hard being the boss!”
Yep, and sometimes stuff happens. I felt really bad for that other customer. I also felt bad for the customer who came in to buy Vitamin B shots while I was in the waiting room who was asked if she was a nurse and when she said no she got the shots anyway to take home and shoot herself up.
Based on this business model I don’t expect this office to be here long. I guess Dominic might be able to catch some of the 2,500 new people moving into West Seattle but sooner or later they will cycle through and learn their lessons. She needs to read some Harvey Mackay books on building a business through customer service. Yes, service of your “customers.” I saw another post on here where the customer was dismissed when she complained of bruising right before family photo’s. That is Dominic’s way. No apologies for anything. That’s the corporate way!
STAY AWAY FROM WELL MEDICAL ARTS!!! The salon is nice, inviting and clean. However, from the second you walk in it is pressure filled upsell, upsell, upsell!!! I came in for a filler in the nasal folds and was talked into artefill which is significantly more expensive and did nothing for what I went in for. Dominque went on and on and on about how skilled she is and how her technique is superb and the results would be immediate and last forever. She knew that the reason for my visit was family photos we were having done in a few days. She NEVER said there was a possibility I would have TWO BLACK/PURPLE eyes within hours of leaving her office. Even more appalling was her response “Nothing is wrong, you will heal perfectly. Usually swelling can take a few days to come down and bruising resolves within a week.”- Nothing is wrong???- especially because she knew our photos were in less than a week!! I asked her to refund part of my payment for at least her fee because her technique is clearly not as good as she tells people and she never responded. Do yourself a favor and find someone who really knows what they are doing before you trust your face to Domique. I have two BLACK EYES to prove it!!!!
