This is such a clean and professional space! I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, especially Maureen and Ashley. I felt comfortable and rejuvenated after my hydro facial. Definitely recommend treating yourself when visiting or if you’re a local! Especially with Mother’s day!!
WOW, first class service with a smile and results. My skin has never looked better. The entire staff here knows their stuff. They’ve advised and helped me with my skin care for the past few years. If you tell them the sort of results, needs you have they will put a game plan together on how to get there. My skin has never looked fuller, younger, and just felt better. From annual once a year treatments to facials monthly or even just seasonally they can help you find a solution for your budget as well.
I tried cool sculpting a year ago and am happier than I could have ever dreamed with the results. For those problem areas (mine was true muffin top) it really targets it and makes a difference. I just went back for another treatment this month a year later to target another area near by and looking at the before and after’s still a year later are incredible. Highly recommend to give it a shot for that stubborn area you’ve always had no matter what.

I love it here! The minute you walk in you are greeted with friendliness and genuine smiles. Everyone I have met that works at Vitality is kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very welcome. I have seen both Dr Tiffany and Amanda. They’re both wonderful! They treat you like family, listen to you and help you to understand every step of the way. I will never go elsewhere. 🙂
I ❤️ Vitality. Jess and Amanda (the new owners) have worked really hard for the last two years to turn a good Medispa into one that is really next level. The staff is exceptional, ensuring that their clients are always comfortable, well-cared for, and beyond happy and satisfied with the service(s) provided.

I had my eyebrows micro-bladed here. I debated doing it for a long time but after seeing Amanda’s work, I finally felt comfortable to give it a try. I am SO thrilled with the results! Definitely worth the investment… I feel confident now without makeup. My brows were completely mismatched before but Amanda took her time making every detail perfect. Great experience all around!
This medi spa is the cleanest, friendliest spa you will find in Seattle. Everyone who works here is lovely and helpful. The vibe is all about body positivity and making you feel comfortable. I’ve done fillers, Botox and brows here and I can’t say enough about It. I’ve sent so many friends to Amanda for brows, she’s a magician. Make an appointment now.

I’m a big fan of Vitality Medispa and all the services they offer. I recently did an IV drip and can’t believe I waited so long to do one. Especially love the staff and new owners Amanda and Jessica. I highly recommend if you haven’t been here to check it out. Even better…is they have a monthly facial club which my husband and I are members of. You guys are amazing and want to thank you for all that you do!

I have been a client of Vitality Medi Spa for years. The wonderful experience begins at the front desk always greeted warm and friendly. The Spa has a variety of top notch skin care products at a very fair price too.
The procedures they offer are the latest in anti-aging and overall keeping your skin at it’s healthiest.
I find the technicians are well trained and experienced.
Each time I go to Vitality Medi Spa, I feel pampered and cared for by special people. It truly is a special place.
They are in the same building as another business with a similar name, so don’t get them confused. This spa has no affiliation with any other business. Totally recommend!
