  • What a great experience!! My wife has been seeing Jess now for a year and we have seen great results. She convinced me to do my first facial and WOW, what a difference. In fact, the next day while at Costco I got carded while buying wine!!! I’m 48 years old. I’m hooked and have now signed up for the monthly membership.

  • They are very professional and customer service is outstanding.

  • I would highly recommend NOT making an appointment here. I normally don’t write reviews but this was so awful! I saw dr elizabeth for a Myers cocktail Iv treatment. First of all, I have great veins and have never had a problem with blood draw or Ivs in the past.

    She was friendly enough but I noticed her fumbling around with the equipment she made me uncomfortable. She looked at the first needle and said out loud that it looked weird. Apparently it had a safety on it to draw blood.
    She first poked my right arm. Moving the needle around. Then she realized that she didn’t prep the line. So she had to take it out.

    So she tried the left arm. Fumbling around with the iv stand, forgetting to prep more tape and gauze after the first go around. She looked confused and said she didn’t understand why the drip wasn’t working. She said she thought gravity was the problem…. ?
    So after messing with the line she took the needle out. Then she said ohh! The line is kinked… she asked if I wanted to try a third time… no way !!!!

    She offered a complentary B12 shot. I politely declined. They atleast refunded me.

    I’m not sure about the other providers but she claimed she was a physian not a medical assistant. Who knows…

  • I had such a wonderful experience at Vitality. The spa is so clean and well decorated- and the ladies I met, even briefly, were genuinely kind and welcoming.

    The receptionist was very attentive and chatted with me a bit before my appointment, offered me a drink and kept me informed of my wait time. Small things like that help someone feel so much more comfortable as a new client.

    I saw Nurse Jane for my service and will continue to go see her for what I’d like done. She has been doing injectables for well well over a decade, and you can tell she loves what she does and really wants to give you what you’re looking for. She was attentive, open and funny :). What I appreciated the most was she starts you off slow and is very upfront about what each service entails.

  • I paid upfront $1,000 for 3 microneedling session. A month later I found out I was. pregnant, then I found out my husband is being transferred to another state, so I asked for a refund. They are refusing to give me a refund. They are offering me credit for procedures I can’t get ..because I’m pregnant.

  • I’ve been very impressed with the experience I’ve had with Vitality Medispa.

    I started working directly with Vitality Medispa about 9 months ago assisting them in improving their business efforts.

    From my experience, they really care about every patients. They are constantly looking for ways to increase the customer service experience and improve their procedures with the latest technology.

  • I got a hydrafacial from their lead esthetician Jess Marshall and it was amazing! I definitely plan on going back and I can’t recommend this treatment or Jess enough. Your skin will feel amazing!

  • I have walked by this place with curiosity for over a year, finally made a appointment for a chemical peel. After being greeted by the friendly front desk and offered some tea and amazing dark chocolate truffles! I had a VERY in depth consultation, it was determined my skin wasn’t quite ready for a chemical peel. Witch I’m so grateful on how professional they are and not pushing a service that could cause more harm than good. Jess went into depth with me on my current skin regimen and where I could improve, I got some samples and new product I’m excited to try! I rebooked my appointment and excited to see how it goes!

  • They continued to autobill me after my contract with them ended. They did not return any of my phone calls about the matter, nor did they return calls from American Express. I saw on yelp that this has happened to tons of other people. I have blocked them and hope that will be enough.

  • Crooks. Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card number. 3 months later they are still charging mine despite repeated calls and emails. I finally had to report it as fraud to the bank. These other reviews must be fake. I liked them in the beginning, but my doctor left. Smart woman.
