I visited the Stella Center on 09/29/21 for a Fox Eye Thread Lift and had the pleasure of having Nurse Practitioner Maggie Colson perform my procedure. It can be quite unnerving trusting someone with handling any kind of cosmetic procedure…especially your face, so going into the appointment I was pretty nervous. Maggie’s calm, kind, and reassuring demeanor definitely helped put my nerves at ease. She explained everything as she went along with the procedure and asked how I was doing throughout as well. I’m truly impressed with my results…Maggie is amazing!!

It can be intimidating to choose a plastic surgeon when there are so many to choose from. I got lucky when I found Dr. Stella ten years ago and I will never let anyone else touch my face. She’s quite simply amazing! I’ve seen her for a few different procedures and she has exceeded my expectations every time. She’s a double board certified facial plastic surgeon which means she only does faces. You only have one face after all, why not trust it to the very best. Dr. Stella has an artist’s eye and her philosophy is to impart a natural and balanced look. You will look like the best version of you. She never tries to sell you more , she is always honest and kind and she makes you feel like you are her only patient. Plus, she’s fun to spend time with! We’re so lucky to have Dr. Stella in Seattle and if you’re from out of town she is worth the trip. Her entire staff from Tania at the front desk to Lilyia her nurse are simply lovely and always make me feel welcome and supported. If you are interested in aging backwards ( and who isn’t) trust your face to Dr. Stella. You’ll be thrilled you did.
Dr. Stella performed a mini-face lift 10/10/19. Eight days later I was healed enough to go out to an anniversary dinner with my husband. The face lift looks so natural — yet, I look years younger than my 76 years. Her staff is excellent, especially Bailey her surgical assistant. Dr. Stella is a great surgeon and a real artist!
I first began seeing Dr. Stella in the summer of 2017. I am in my late thirties, had developed melasma, and began to see the effects of collagen loss around the eyes and cheeks. Naturally, these things made me uncomfortable and I required guidance. To help mitigate these issues, I sought a doctor specializing in filler treatments, searching for one that focused on the facial regions listed above. After extensively researching and reviewing practionioners in the area, I chose Dr. Stella.
Having never received any treatments like this before, I was a bit nervous. Dr. Stella was wonderful, however, taking her time in getting to known both my skin and myself while we took the baby steps necessary to achieve my desired results. During the process, we used Juvederm, injectable filler for my cheeks, Restylane around my orbital region, as well as some light Botox. She instructed me on what to expect and has tailored each our treatments, moving forward to my skin specifically.
Results were almost instanteous and I have never felt more confident in my own skin! My face is bright, full and smooth. She is a true expert with a keen eye who has earned my absolute trust and I continue to see regularly. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been going to Doctor Stella for over 10 years (Botox, filler) and would not go anywhere else – she is one of the most caring professionals I know, and her entire staff follows her lead. My first experiences with Botox were at a clinic on Queen Anne, and while the prices were comparable, unlike the doctor at that clinic, Doctor Stella is both an ENT and a Facial Plastic surgeon. She takes the time and effort to really understand what I want and need. If I am going to be treated, I want to be treated by the most qualified — and talented — doctor I can find. I can’t recommend Doctor Stella and the Stella Center highly enough!
I would not recommend Dr. Stella as she is rude and the prices here are significantly more than other places.

Lovely results from fillers.. had a bad job done elsewhere which was dissolved and redone by Dr Stella. Recommended!
I have been seeing Teresa (nurse) for Botox for quite a while now. She takes her time and listens to my concerns about lines on my face. I love how she’s so gentle and starts out with a light treatment first and gradually increases as needed. My results are so natural that no one can tell I have Botox. I highly recommend her!
