Great place to get facials and other skin services. Been going here for a decade for signature facials and my skin went from horrible, oily acne to beautiful and supple skin. I know my face and chest will look youthful due to my investment coming to SkinSpirit several times a year. Booking appointments may be months in advance, but worth getting on the books. Staff and friendly. Complementary nuts and water while you wait. Estheticians use high end product with proven results.
Not reviewing the services, just from a new customer perspective of the business for welcoming new customers. Request transparent pricing on website—I have yet to find any prices for any services after browsing the site or clicking through appt options. I hate when businesses try to make you call or book or take all these extra steps just to find out how much a basic package or treatment costs.

I saw Adriana today after a couple years of neglect. My skin has been feeling tired, dry and wrinkled. She addressed my skin needs , gave me treatment options and ultimately let me decide. I went with her recommendation. Never felt like she was pressuring me into something more than I needed. She walked me through the treatment step by step, informed me of what to expect and hyped me up about my skin after the treatment was over. Her demeanor is kind and her years of experience in the field gives me much confidence in continuing care. My skin is bright and full of moisture. The red will calm down. But I’m glowing!
I had a microneedling session and botox with Lorena . I felt comfortable with her and trusted that she knew what she was doing. I’ve also loved the results! I feel like I look younger and better rested. Will be back soon!
Yesterday I had dermaplaning, facial and light peel from Sheri. I have had the treatment before, so I knew what to expect. Sheri looked at my face and explained other treatments for sun damage. I have had moh’s surgery for skin cancer and she was very informative on treatments that will help improve skin color and texture. Highly recommend Skin Spirit. I go to the University Village space in Seattle.

I went to skin spirit uvill for my first time getting lip fillers and saw Lorena. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made my first experience amazing! I am absolutely in love with my results and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!! The rest of the staff was just as lovely, and so kind. 10/10 experience!

The lobby, rooms, and bathrooms are always extra clean.

I went to see Sabrina for some facial services and she is the sweetest girl. She know what she is doing that’s for sure. The whole staff is so kind and the clinic is very beautiful.
Where to begin….
I see Monica for Botox injections and I could not recommend her more highly. Though small is stature, Monica’s energy could fill a room. She greets you with hugs that feel like catching up with an old friend. I always leave her room feeling like the best version of myself. But I know that experience is not unique to me. Because as I wait for my appointment, I always see her previous patients leave beaming.
Monica is incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions about what she does and why she does my injections the way she does. I trust her aesthetic eye and her technical skill to be far above other practitioners in the business.
She is up front about costs and always ready to help prioritize treatments or save additions for the future. You will never be surprised about the cost or thought that goes into your treatment.
My one and only complaint is that a 15 minute appoint never feels long enough. I could spend all afternoon with Monica.
If you are looking for Botox or filler treatments, I could not recommend Monica more highly. You will leave every appointment feeling like your most beautiful self, inside and out. Monica is truly your greatest cheerleader and roots for you in all areas of your life.
Do yourself a favor and get on her books early!
I have been seeing Adriana for 3 years now and she has completely transformed my skin. I am in my mid 30s and suffer from an oily and acneic skin type. She has been able to hone in on what my skin needs, and cater her treatments and product recommendations to the results I’m looking for. I leave every service with my skin balanced, glowing, and detoxified! I typically book the power hour along with various chemical peels. I have also been following the skincare regimen she suggested for me, for the past few years, and while I definitely noticed the immediate results, the long term results have been substantial. My fine lines and wrinkles have dramatically subsided, and people are shocked I’ve never had Botox. I feel confident in my skin without makeup! Which has been a wonderful thing to experience. My breakouts are nearly non existent (except for the occasional hormonal blemish), and by using the skincare she recommended, my skin is more normalized and clear. Make sure you book in advance with Adriana, because her spots go quickly! I am so thankful to have her as my aesthetician.
I am so disappointed with my experience here. I started getting laser hair removal at the Skin Spirit in Palo Alto, and always had a lovely experience. I moved to Seattle during my treatment so I transferred to the University Village location and was so surprised with the disparities between the two. I never felt welcomed and always felt like I was always getting rushed out. Last year, during what was supposed to be one of my final treatments (turned out to be my last) I had a new technician. During my laser hair removal she said if she didn’t turn up the settings I might need more than just two more treatments to follow. I said that was fine because at this point I had already spent thousands for this laser removal and did not mind having a few more treatments to get my desired result. She said she wanted to turn up the settings and I TOLD HER I was nervous about that since they already turned them up last time. She insisted and I said okay because I trusted her. Well it was the most painful experience. Then when I got home I saw I had laser burn marks all over my body. Naturally I freaked out and called my doctor who said they may scar and there’s not much I could do about it. I made an appointment to go in and talk to employees at Skin Spirit to get to the bottom of this. They made me wait two weeks to make sure the marks were still there before giving me a complimentary skin lightening cream. I showed the cream to my doctor to ask her if I could use it (since I no longer trusted Skin Spirit) and she advised me not to and said it had very irritating ingredients. I was appalled at how unprofessionally I was being treated and so frustrated because I voiced my concerns before the incident and it all could have been avoided. I spoke to the manager about getting a refund and she began asking me questions about my treatment and said this never happens and the burn marks must have been because I did not properly take care of the area or exposed it to sun. Keep in mind this was like my 8th treatment, I had never had any problems and I always took care of myself properly. They continued to insinuate that it was my fault. I think because I am twenty and look very young they did not take me seriously as a customer. So at the end of it all, I finally got refunded for that one session where I was burned, but I had still poured thousands into this treatment that I never finished. I’m scared to finish it because I am horrified of getting worse or more scars. So now here I am 9 months later; I waited to write this review to see if my scars would go away, and they’ve faded but they are still here. All of my hair has grown back and I wasted hours of my time and so much money after waiting years to get laser hair removal done, which I was so excited for. Sad to say this was an awful experience and I think you should either go to a different location or a different company all together.
