Love the services here. Kaylee is an artist with cool sculpting. I had tricky area with one side looking larger than the other. Kaylee meticulously patterned out how to get me the results I was hoping for. Staff is always so kind and helpful. Would not go anywhere else for beauty treatments.
Catherine is amazing, you won’t regret going to her. She’s super sweet and knowledgable. It’s hard to find someone you’d trust with your face. I almost don’t want the word to get out about her, but that would be selfish. Go and see if you need anything from BBL light therapy to fillers.
I get Botox treatments done with practitioner Alex at this location. She helps me set realistic expectations for my results, is an excellent communicator, and skilled at giving Botox treatments (very considerate of any pain and is super gentle). Above all, Alex is so sweet and great to work with.
Adrianna was amazing. Making sure that you are comfortable every step of the way and that you have the right products to get the most of your treatments.

Wonderful experience! Kaylee was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to address my concerns and explain the the Cool Sculpting treatment in detail. I had my flanks and upper back done and I am thrilled with the results!
I had an amazing experience with Alex Brown doing BBL treatment. She walked through every aspect of the procedure as she was using the laser on both vessels and pigment. Great front staff also very welcoming!
I had the opportunity to get a CoolSculpting treatment from Kaylee in May. The results after three months were undeniable, the before and after pictures amazing! Kaylee has a way of making me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I can be so hard and judgmental of myself, but Kaylee’s professional and warm manner helped ease those thoughts and make me feel so excited and beautiful about the results.
The facility is stunning, the staff all so knowledgeable and passionate. If you’ve been thinking about getting CoolSculpting done, this is your sign to go ahead and book!
Firstly this review is primarily for customer service and not treatment. I love the person I see here, and that’s what is holding me to this place. I am appalled at the terrible customer service. For most of the time, they don’t manage the calendars well, which means I have never started an appointment in the last year ‘on time. But this incident was way beyond my level of tolerance. I showed up for an 8 am appointment after it was confirmed to me over the phone twice two days before to hear nothing was ever booked for me. The person at the reception initially didn’t even acknowledge it until I showed her my call records, and even after that, all I got was zero empathy. She wasn’t even looking at me when talking, as if I was a bother. Not just a waste of time but the expenses incurred to get there. Having fancy interiors doesn’t make an establishment premium how you treat and make your customers feel is everything.
Overall very meh. Went for a facial. It was perfectly fine. Not very relaxing as the esthetician was talking and asking questions throughout the facial. They did some extractions and left me with some hyperpigmentation that hasn’t faded. They just added about $300 worth of products when I was checking out without asking until I told them I wasn’t interested in purchasing anything. Overall not at all worth $200 in Ly opinion. I have had far better facials at different spas that were not as costly and overall a way better experience.
I am so lucky to have found Monica Monahan for my Botox needs and I highly recommend her to all my friends! She has a wealth of knowledge (with a drive to always learn more) and understands that what she does is not a one-size-fits-all. She listens, analyzes and assesses her patients with an unmatched attention to detail and true care for her patients and the end result. She goes above and beyond for you to be happy! After only a couple visits we became friends and built trust.. and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. Thanks, Monica!
I am disappointed. I came in yesterday for a facial hydration. The staff recommended the diamond glow. After I got home, I felt more dry. Nothing improved.
Expensive and ineffective. I’ve had preventative Botox for the past 8 years and have never still had muscle movement. They even recommended that I add units to my treatment which I did and same thing, muscle movement. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was disappointed again, I won’t be returning.
The staff at the University Village Skin Spirit Is always friendly and professional. They know what they are doing, and get you in and out in a timely manner. I got Botox from Liz today. She was wonderful and I can’t wait to go back.
I saw Angela for Micropen/Microneedling. She did a really fantastic job. When the numbing cream didn’t work as well as it could the first time, she reapplied it so that I was much more comfortable. ( Weirdly topical numbing stuff doesn’t work well for me.)
Monica is THE girl at Skin Spirit University Village! So happy with the results and my decision to see her.
