Kaylea is the sweetest person ever and I absolutely live for my facials with her. She’s helped me understand my skin better, what it needs, what ingredients work and don’t for me, and I’ve seen tons of progress over the time. She’s patient and kind, and the whole SkinLogic team is a delight!
Evelyn is great, she keeps careful track of previous visits, fine tuning the treatment to my needs. My results are consistent and subtle.

I chose SkinLogic for laser hair removal after reviewing and doing price comparisons of other reputable companies. My esthetician Summer was awesome, she was very kind, knowledgeable and personable. It was nice to have the same esthetician at every session so you didn’t have to explain everything again every session (previous place that was an issue). Overall positive experience with a lot less hair growth!
Evelyn always listens to my needs and comes up with multiple options that could work! She is incredibly experienced and I trust her with my skin care needs. Their estheticians are also very knowledgable and don’t try to sell you on products and services, they give their honest opinions and always make sure I’ve got all my questions answered. I’ve been going to Skinlogic for ~3 years now and plan to stay!
Dr.Cheryl Yokoyama is always professional and meticulous during her treatments and does a great job! I trust her completely.

The only thing that took me by surprise was they required tip, not sure if it’s common with this type of services. Overall, it was a good experience!
The woman at the front desk is rude and condescending when I asked her questions over the phone. The way she loudly asks if you’d like to tip a medical professional. Seriously?? Why is there pressure to tip medical professionals too. Get your botox or other services at a dermatologist office instead. Not as good here. Unfortunately I also purchased a pack of treatments in advance. After those are done, never coming here again.
First time i went was wonderful. I probably should have followed up with the same person. It wasnt offered so i assumed they were all good. I was wrong. I paid for 20 units and no difference. When i called i was tild i could get 5 units free. I will never gi back. First sign was it was pain free.
I have received my first massage Microneedling with Janina. She was amazing and professional. I feel like my concerns were met and exceeded.

While services are good there membership policies are fishy. The membership appointments is set by there own team and is not as per customer. You are told to book else appointment will not be available for monthly service and you will miss it. They book appointment and say they will call 2 days before but never do so. They just leave a missed call and as it’s unknown number you will never know. And then later you are charged $50 stating as no show. In addition to 50 you are charged the amount of service without any service being provided. The membership plans and policies are in bad faith to customers. The intent is not to provide service but rather book appointments without customer being aware and then charge service and no show fee on the card. In my case I didn’t receive a call or any confirmation. I never even confirmed the date or time yet I was charged saying they had booked slot and I didn’t come. Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend. Do not sign for membership unless you read and understand their policies. I got scammed under their membership and in the process to get membership closed.
I love Skinlogic! I’ve been going monthly for over a year now and I’m thrilled with how my skin looks. Their custom facials are excellent. I’ve also tried IPL, micro needling, and others and I’ve been very happy with all the services I’ve received. Highly recommend!
