I started a monthly plan and was told by an employee that if I didn’t use the service for that month that I could use it later. Well I just found out that the service expires after 8 weeks which means I lost thousands of dollars. You have got to be kidding me?!?!

Best Botox and Dysport service I’ve ever had – in both CA and WA. The doctor/nurse? who does the service is very talented, I have been able to use fewer units of product which is nice and you don’t pay extra for a “brow lift” like some other places, you just get great placement. The salon is very clean and bright, ample parking, and the membership option is a great deal.

I’ve been a client for 3+ years. I’ve had a number of peels and dermapen treatments. Top quality practitioners, kind and caring staff and excellent products! Highly recommended!
I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but this was the least effective Botox treatment I’ve had. I was a bit worried as soon as she walked in to get me, as I didn’t like the way she looked. Her skin looked tightly wound and unnatural. She was nice enough, but not warm by any means, and she didn’t seem to listen to my request to put more near my left eye than my right–I have more crow’s feet there. She almost put more on my right but I stopped her, and then she said “let’s just do them equally.” I asked her to do the application that gives your brows a little lift. She injected underneath my brow–which I thought was odd since a dentist who gave me botox before put it above with great results–but after this treatment there was no lift in my brows whatsoever.
It’s one of my favorite places! The staff are all caring and top-notch. I always have excellent results when I visit this spa – it’s the best!
