Jenny came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I got some Botox and lip filler with her and I am so happy I did! You can tell Jenny really likes what she does. She is so passionate, knowledgeable, and does a wonderful job educating and explaining everything before she does it. I can not recommend her enough!
Jenny is Amazing at what she does and so fun to talk to! She genuinely listens to you and takes her time with you. She is very caring and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The appointments with Jenny never feel rushed! I have had many different treatments with Jenny including diamond glow facials, Aquagold facials (my favorite), Botox, and lip filler. I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin since I started seeing Jenny. Jenny is a huge skincare lover and has so much knowledge when I comes to this topic. She is very up to date with the latest research and has tons of recommendations for personally tailored medical grade skincare. I am very thankful I found such an amazing person for my aesthetic/skincare needs and I will continue to see her and recommend her 100% to anyone!
i started working with Jenny in 2020 for initial lip filler and over the last 2 years have grown to also get chin & cheek filler and working with solving my jaw clenching issues. She is not on phenomenal in how she assesses her patients needs, and provides the right level of consult for what products and amounts they need to reach their optimal goals. In addition, being a redhead, I STRUGGLE with numbing creams and Jenny has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve this lookin to different ways to reduce my pain. She is my go to injector, and no living in San Diego, I will be making the trip to Seattle whenever I need more work done. I cannot recommend her enough!

5 stars is not enough for Jenny. I was a first time visitor and felt anxious and uninformed. Jenny was kind, compassionate, personal, and attentive. She put me at ease with her expertise, knowledge and bedside manner. She took extra time to explain everything and I never felt pressured to do anything. Jenny is extremely skilled in her profession and really takes the time to get to know her clients and help them achieve their beauty goals that fit with their needs, finances, and desires. What’s more is that she continued to follow up yet treatment with texts. I have NEVER had such amazing service nor felt so seen or cared about by a provider. I emailed a follow up question and received a reply instantly. I feel amazing after treatment and highly recommend anyone. She has both medical knowledge and know how along with a gift for aesthetics.Her treatment helped me feel rejuvenated and feel my best self!
I was referred to Jenny just for Botox, when I met her and told her what I was looking for , she knew exactly how to achieve it. Very professional and also very comfortable environment. She injected my lips for me knowing exactly what I wanted in the end, and she did an amazing job!!!!!
Jenny was one of the best and most knowledgeable injectors that I’ve had the pleasure of working with (and I’ve seen several!). As a nurse, I appreciated her explanations of the different treatments, facial anatomy, etc. and her patience when going over with me what she felt I needed and where. She is so talented and her work was excellent! Aside from that, she is fun and friendly and so easy to talk to. Overall, I highly recommend going to see her-you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Not enough wonderful things to say about Jenny I only wish I could give her more than 5 stars. It was my first visit to a medical spa and I was a little nervous to try something new. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and provided me of an explanation of what she was doing each step of the way. My skin was in dire need of some refreshment and after being referred by a friend, I finally pulled the trigger and was not disappointed. The level of personalization is unmatched. Jenny is always just a text away and wants to be a part of each step of your journey. Skin synthesis is not a cookie cutter one size fits all spa. Each treatment is curated specifically for you and adjusted to meet your needs. I cannot wait to go back and to continue to see the wonderful results that are still to come. Definitely left with better skin then when I arrived I’m officially obsessed.

We were in Seattle for a wedding and my wife arranged for me to get a DiamondGlowfacial with Jenny. I do next to nothing to take care of my skin and was experiencing some bad breakouts and acne due to stress. The facial was thorough, very cleansing, but comfortable. Definitely left with better skin than I arrived with. The photo explains it better than I do, that is the aftermath: dead skin and gunk.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Skin Synthesis. I was referred to her from my hair stylist and was not disappointed. My wedding lips turned out great and are still going strong since November. I get compliments all the time. I have some trauma from a dog bite. Although size and color are great additions to the service, our main goal was symmetry which we worked hard to get. Thank you so much!
I went to Jenny at Skin Synthesis last week for my first Botox and first aesthetic consult. She was friendly, attentive, and informative. It is clear she is good at this and has and eye for aesthetics. I felt zero pressure to have any services done and never felt like she was trying to upsell me. I did end up getting a small area treated with Botox and I am happy with it. She was knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Jenny Hartley is the professional to switch to for a natural looking lift or anything that you would like to enhance or improve. I’ve been seeing Jenny for two years now after using many highly trained and sought after injectors. What sets Jenny apart is her medical background as an acute care nurse practitioner Recently, I saw Jenny for ongoing jaw pain and after Jenny took the time to educate me about TMJ including: the causes, available treatments, alternative relief interventions, she injected my Masseter’s with Botox. Jenny is now part of my medical care team, and the first one who gave me true relief. It’s been 3 weeks, and I thought of her last night with major grattitude when I was able to open my mouth enough to eat a double, double from In and Out! My advice is to form a relationship with Jenny now before she is too busy to take new clients. She for sure is my partner in aging and gave me back the ability to chew without pain.
Jenny did a wonderful job with botox and fillers. She aims for the natural look and she delivers. What I liked most was how much she cares. She reached out several times just to make sure I was happy with my results and feeling ok. I’ve never had someone take the time to do that before. She is also incredibly knowledgeable!!
